Timing is Everything!

Ever wonder why your well-crafted posts don't get the engagement you hoped for? It might not be what you're saying but WHEN you're saying it!

The digital world is crowded, but posting at the right time can help your message rise above the noise. When you post during your business or church's peak hours, you increase the chances of your posts being seen, engaged with, and shared. That means more eyes on your church's activities, messages, and events.

Our Slow Growth Method isn't just about crafting authentic posts; it's also about delivering them when they can make the most impact. We dive deep into analytics to find out when your congregation is most active online, ensuring your message hits home.

Let's make your message timely, and let's make Heaven more crowded together!

Everyone asks why we are so passionate about social media...

In a world that often feels divided, our mission at Upcrowd Social is clear and profound: to make heaven crowded. We believe in using the power of social media not just as a platform, but as a pulpit to share the incredible stories and testimonies of what God is doing within the church with those on the outside.

Every post, every story, every tweet is an opportunity to break down walls and introduce the real Jesus to the world. It's about showcasing the raw, authentic experiences of faith, hope, and love that define our church communities. From the miraculous transformations to the simple acts of kindness that echo Jesus' teachings, we aim to share it all.

Let's harness the power of digital to unite, inspire, and invite. Together, we can transcend physical boundaries and create a virtual fellowship that leads more souls to Christ. It's about turning online connections into spiritual awakenings, ensuring that every like, share, and comment is a step toward an even more loving community that makes Heaven crowded.

Join us in this mission. Share your story, lend your voice, and let's show the world the real Jesus — the one of endless grace, boundless love, and unwavering forgiveness.

One time isn't enough!

Did you know it often takes seven encounters with a message on social media before someone takes action? Whether it’s deciding to join a community, accept an invitation, or simply pay closer attention, repetition is key. This principle is especially crucial when it comes to inviting people to significant events like Easter or Christmas services.

One invitation is a start, but to truly resonate and make an impact, varying your approach and reaching out multiple times in creative ways can make all the difference. It’s not just about reminding; it’s about engaging, inspiring, and connecting in a manner that feels personal and meaningful.

At Upcrowd Social, we specialize in crafting strategies that do just that. From eye-catching visuals to compelling narratives, we know how to utilize the power of social media to reach people exactly where they are and invite them into a journey of faith with open arms.

Let’s make your next big event not just seen, but felt. Let’s inspire action, foster connections, and bring more souls to Christ together. One post at a time, seven times over. 🙌

Let’s Talk Authenticity: Your Church's Social Media Feed 🤔

Hey there, Upcrowd family! We get it—your church calendar is filled with exciting events, services, and community programs, and you're eager to share them all. 📆 But let's not forget, social media should be more than just a digital bulletin board.

Why? Because a calendar doesn’t tell stories. A calendar doesn’t laugh during a shared joke or shed tears during a moving sermon. A calendar doesn't hug, support, or listen. 🤗

In other words, while your church calendar informs, it's the STORIES that transform. 👏

Sharing real-life experiences, personal testimonies, and candid moments does more than just document the church activities. It humanizes your congregation, fosters a sense of community, and most importantly, allows others to see the transformative power of faith in action. 🙏

So let’s strike a balance. For every event you post about, consider sharing a human story — a testimonial, a community service highlight, or even a funny behind-the-scenes moment. These authentic snapshots make your digital space as inviting and impactful as your physical one. ❤️

Ever think of social media as more than just a scroll and tap? We do! 📲

Imagine it this way: Just like the missionaries venturing into new territories, we're all diving into our feeds, stories, and comments. Every like or share, every genuine chat or story shared, could be a touch of kindness, a small act to show Jesus, or a spark of hope for someone out there.

So next time you hop online, remember – you're on a mission, too. Let's make every post count, and every chat meaningful! 🤝

Let us help you reach the crowd!

Building an engaged community is a dream for many churches, but how do you grow your 'Upcrowd' in the digital age? Here's a brief guide:

Purposeful Posting: Don’t just post to post. Have a clear purpose behind each piece of content—whether it's for community engagement, spiritual guidance, or event promotion.
Engage, Don’t Just Broadcast: Respond to comments, engage in meaningful conversations, and let your community know you're actively listening.

Consistent Branding: Ensure your church’s brand voice is consistent. This isn’t just about logos and colors, but the tone and message you convey.

Content Calendar: Plan ahead! A content calendar helps maintain a consistent posting schedule and ensures a balanced mix of content types.

Analyze & Optimize: Regularly review the performance of your posts. Understand what resonates with your audience and optimize your strategy accordingly.

Remember, the digital realm is vast, but with the right strategy, you can create meaningful connections and grow your Upcrowd. Let's plant the seeds of faith and watch them flourish online! 🌳

Why Social Media Should Be a Pastoral Concern

According to The Global State of Digital 2022, the average person spends approximately 2.5 hours a DAY on social media. Let that sink in. 🤯

If you’re attending church for two hours a WEEK, then you're spending more time scrolling through your feed every day than in collective worship in seven days. Even if you’re dedicating an hour a day to prayer and Bible reading—which is a commendable practice—you're still spending more than double that time on social platforms. 📖 vs 📱

So, why should pastors and church leaders pay attention? 🤔

Simply put, social media has enormous power to disciple people. It affects their thoughts, emotions, and actions, perhaps more than any other form of media. What happens on your church's social media platform is NOT to be taken lightly. It's time we shift our perspective—social media isn't just a bulletin board for church activities; it's a NEW MEANS OF DISCIPLESHIP.

So let’s commit to using these platforms not just to inform, but to inspire, uplift, and guide our communities.

It's more than capturing moments, we are all about capturing hearts.

This is where the heartbeat behind Amy-Cole Photography turned visionary of Upcrowd Social. For 5 years, Amy and Josh dedicated themselves to Amy-Cole Creative, serving small businesses and non-profits with social media content creation, workshops, and strategic social media. Yet, a deeper calling stirred within their souls.

Grounded in faith, both raised by ministers, and united in ministry as a Worship Pastor husband and Worship Leader wife, their life has been a testament to serving and loving others. But a moment came when they felt called to pivot their journey towards a mission they couldn’t ignore: to use their gifting to serve the Kingdom. And that is when Upcrowd Social was born — a purpose-driven venture aimed at helping churches connect with their communities through the power of social media and storytelling. It's even more than that, it's sharing testimony of God's saving power and the restoration He brings through his grace and mercy.

With a belief as strong as steel that social media, when wielded with intention and love, can be a conduit to share the gospel of Jesus, they set forth. Their vision? To make Heaven crowded. To tell the stories of grace, redemption, and hope that dwell within church walls and beyond.

In just one year, Upcrowd Social has seen the fruits of faithfulness, touching lives and amplifying the reach of churches eager to share the love of Jesus. This isn’t just about posting content; it’s about opening doors to hearts seeking light. It’s about creating spaces where connections are made, and communities are built. It’s about saying "yes" to a call, no matter the odds.

They love loving people, and Upcrowd Social is their latest chapter in a life devoted to just that. As we celebrate this journey, we invite you to join us in this mission. Because when love leads the way, incredible things happen.

Here’s to making Heaven crowded, one post at a time.

At Upcrowd, we get to be multifaceted.

While our business model caters to churches and non-profits, our owner owns a wedding business that operates as a small business.

We love ministry! We’ve served in ministry all of our lives as a pastor kid and now in worship ministry, but we also love to help small businesses thrive.

Coming soon, a special announcement about an online workshop for small business owners to learn how to schedule content, create content, develop a brand and voice, and content calendars ready to take action.

Stay tuned because exciting announcements are ahead and we can’t wait to share the news!

Stop making it all about you!

Are there some things you should share? Absolutely! Churches should be sharing anything on their main account that touches on 80% of their congregations…

But real life and life change is where the magic happens. If you want to grow the kingdom using social platforms, the outside needs to know what life change is happening on the inside.

Tell the story, not just the event!

Why do churches need social media?

It’s a place where friends from all over gather. It’s the best place to get news out fast.

Have you ever found out someone had a baby or passed away via social media? How about someone is changing jobs or a church has called a new Pastor?

Social media is a fast way to connect with people all around the world.

This is why it’s important to share the gospel and hope of Jesus through this avenue. While some think it’s just to promote events and current happenings, or maybe even a sermon series…that’s not what people want to know from your church social media pages.

They want to know real life stories. How had God changed your heart, your church, your family…and how He can change their life too.

Dear churches, it’s time to use your platform to tell the story, not sell the church events to the masses.

Let’s tell the story of Jesus together. Visit our website to inquire and let’s have a chat about how we can serve your church and create your Upcrowd!

Don't you want them to know you?

One of the biggest mistakes I see churches (and small businesses) make is not setting a standard for the social media ministry and presences.

You want people to take a glance at your content and know where it's coming from. Your voice and portraits need to have a cohesive nature so people don't have to guess.

Instead, they'll read it and want to know more!

How are you making a difference with your social media ministry. Are you slapping something on to cover the base and check the box? Or, do you have a plan and a strategy in place to make it feel like a home. After all, aren't we inviting people to come into that space?

We have openings for July and August! We'd love to do a mentor session with your church or create a strategy for you and run your accounts. It's that simple!

Let's make Heaven crowded together! Let's create your Upcrowd!

It's important to tell people who you are...

Less important to tell what you do!

Make sure you use your church social media as a platform to build hope and show Jesus! After all, isn't our mission to make Heaven crowded?

It's an important piece of the puzzle!

While we don't want to be like other business models, it is important for any church to develop a voice and a theme so that people recognize you in your community. Is this the part that will get people to Jesus, probably not. But it is the part that will make them stop and take a look at what you're doing.

It's proven that people love to see authentic behaviors on social media, but they also love consistency. It says a lot about your church when they see that cohesion and they want to see more of what you're doing.

At Upcrowd, we can help you create a plan for your church (or small business) to build and plan for the future.

Let's grow together and make Heaven crowded!
