Happy New Years Eve. I hope everyone is well. I wanted to tell each and everyone of you how important and impactful each of you are to me and that I appreciate you and your support more than you all know.
I know that content has been slow, and I appreciate your patience and understanding. I can’t explain the amount of work that goes into just one case, then add to that the mental strain that one case puts on me. The mental health break helps tremendously.
As 2025 approaches we will continue to update you on DJs case as it should go to trial, Ambers case as it will still have developments and hopefully trial as well, and we are still looking into Braden’s case as we have received some of the FOIA information finally.
I’m not sure what direction the podcast will go moving forward, I have some thoughts and ideas and I will share as we move into January.
I appreciate each and every one of you. I hope you have an amazing New Year.

Good Morning Everyone!!!!

I recently took a short mental health break with the plan to head to the Bershire Podcast Festival and come back strong after. Lol well I guess a mental health break wasn’t enough and so I decided to take a Covid break after the event. 😀😀😀😀

I hope I am on the backside of the symptoms but they decide weirdly with me I guess.

As of now the plans for next week will be a couple things. If I can get my voice back I’ll upload the episode with Julie Cowley. I’ll probably go ahead and upload the raw video to Patreon for you all over the weekend.

We will have a live planned for next week at some point with Debbie to discuss todays court hearings.

I’ll be releasing an episode next week hopefully to go over all the filings that have been made to date.

I plan to condense the rest of the episodes I had planned into one or two episodes and focus on the upcoming trial.

There is another case that is kinda intertwined I’ll be talking about in the coming weeks as well.

This weekend I attended the Justice for Amber rally in Prestonburg, Ky. The event was held across the street from the restaurant where she worked and also the dentist office which are owned by the assumed killers Dad.
They utilized the event to raise money and donations for the local animal shelter, which Amber held dearly.
I visited the restaurant and tried to speak with the manager, but was kindly asked to leave. I went to the McKinney residence, no one was home or didn't answer, I left a card with my info. I doubt I hear back from them.
I visited another home of one of the individuals in the house that night and was told they couldn't speak because of the civil litigation that is pending and at the advice of their lawyer.
The town has a small town feel, that when you research you realize the political atmosphere is wrought with corruption for many years back. We will dive deep into this during the podcast.
I'm looking forward to this series and bringing Ambers story to you.
