Check This S**t Out...

We caught The Beekeeper a few days ago, and it was legit!
-
Super fun bone crunching action, some villians you fu***ng love to hate, and a top notch delivery of fists, kicks and pun filled dialogue from Jason Statham kept me smiling thru the whole flick!
-
It's easily David Ayer's best work since Fury (2014).
-
I def recommend for fans of revenge actioners reminiscent of the tough guy 80s cinema we all love and miss.

Check This S**t Out...

We finally watched Godzilla Minus One, and it definitely lived up to the hype. Super stoked I caught it in the theater for that full immersive experience!
-
This flick felt very human with super lovable characters, a great story, and probably the best and most intimidating version of Godzilla ever seen (which is a feat considering ***TINY SPOILER AHEAD*** his limited appearance time).

Catch it while you still can in theaters, its worth it!

Check This S**t Out...

I had to toss in Young Guns (88) today. This flick holds a special place in my heart for sure.
-
My pops passed away in 93, when I was 10. This was one of his favorite movies, and was honestly the first Western I liked. As a kid, I couldn't stand black and white or old movies, so most Westerns were no go's for me. Young Guns had a cool and fresh cast (at the time), and was one we watched together often.
-
Today would have been my Dad's 63rd bday, so in his memory, and to assuage my own grief, I am watching fu***ng Young Guns in the middle of a Tuesday.

"Hey Chavez, how come they ain't killin us?"
"We're in the spirit world as***le, they can't see us!"
