FREE to attend! (Any food and drink purchases go directly to restaurant.) If you’re a writer or an actor, you know how hard it is to show off your talent! This event is an opportunity to hear your work come to life and a place for actors to practice their craft. Come on out if you want to network, socialize, and have a great time meeting filmmakers, playwrights

, and actors. If you're not a writer or an actor, come out for the free entertainment, cheap drinks, and excellent food. All are welcome–this isn't a writer's circle–it's an evening of live performances, and you don't need to be a writer or an actor to enjoy a good show! For Writers:
Bring an excerpt, 10 PAGES OR LESS, from your work. It should be a movie, play, sketch, TV show, etc. must have dialogue). The piece should be an excerpt from a work in progress, nothing published or already produced. Writers must bring printed copies of their scripts for the actors, one for each cast member and one for stage direction/action. For Actors:
Actors will be cast for each script by the event organizers so that everyone has a chance to perform! No need to prepare anything, you'll receive the scripts when you arrive. Hope to see you there!
