Digital Recollections provides a comprehensive video and film transfer service for corporations and individuals. We specialize in creating memorable and stunning videos tailored to your specifications and budget.

Our most common transfer service is from 8mm and Super 8mm film to digital format. Using our telecine film transfer method, we ensure that the quality of your 8mm, Super 8, and 16mm films is fully preserved in digital form. You won’t have to worry about your movies fading over time, as the digital process can enhance your footage’s quality.

Our basic film transfer package includes digital film transfer, complete digital upload to our real-time editing suites, and low compression for the highest video quality. We utilize Final Cut Pro Studio, regarded as the best editing software available. In summary, your footage is captured in high resolution, edited, and delivered on a DVD or as uncompressed files copied to a USB or personal hard drive.

A Fabulous Friday review!

"To say that Rick and the Digital Recollections team helped give me my childhood back is an understatement. My mom and grandma took over 17,000 photos from the 1920s - 2005 (when I got my own digital camera) and my mom stored them all in boxes of boxes with envelopes. There were multiple types of film and some photos on DVDs and some extremely vintage and old photos that I had no idea what format they were in. It was absolutely overwhelming!

My mom passed away 5 years ago and (as an only child) I inherited all of her boxes of photos and knew that I wanted nothing more than to be able to see what was actually in the boxes again and to see my parents again (my dad had passed away when I was 8) and to see us all grow up and to have so much life.

I brought my boxes to Digital Recollections earlier last year and Rick and his team were excited and assured me that they could absolutely digitize my family's history. I had created a naming system for all of the photo files which they followed so well. And after faithfully digitizing and organizing all of the photos (including the photos on DVDs that I could not read and thought were lost to time!) I got my childhood back and got to see my parents again last fall.

I can't recommend Digital Recollections enough! Working with Rick was so easy and he was so diligent in his responses. If I could give 6 stars, I would! Thank you Rick! Thank you Digital Recollections team! And I'm sorry you had to see all of those awkward photos of my Pokemon phase :)"
