Fact is there isn’t a human on the face of the earth that is, “unbreakable”. There are just humans that work hard at breaking themselves so they become resilient. Worlds a funny place hearing motivational, super special, highspeed no drag, insert special swat hands pointing at you type people. Don’t be fooled, tricked or sold on what you see in any platform, arena, book, documentary, podcast etc. All are breakable, others just do more to prevent the break. To summarize just do more, prepare often, lift s**t and get uncomfortable!

I will always be the first to call out bad cops and the first to say good job when a cop does something he gets paid to do.

But let me tell you this, this woman here did not get paid to do this. It was not in her job description to run towards gun fire. It was not in her job description to lay down her life so that others could live. Look I am not taking away from what those officers did. I am simply shedding light on a uncommon hero. It is easy to tell the stories on what hero cops do but lets face it, what they did that day, unfortunately was part of their everyday job. I hope we look at this uncommon hero and examine deeply what it took for this woman to do this. Because as evidence shows, there are officers who wouldn’t do this in a split second!

Katherine Koonce, 60, the headmistress of Covenant School, was found in a hallway: police believe that she confronted the shooter to try and save the kids.

Russ Pulley, a member of Nashville city council, said he had been told Koonce was on a Zoom call when the shooting started, and ran towards the attacker.

Three nine-year-old children were killed and three adults: Koonce, supply teacher Cynthia Peak, and caretaker Mike Hill. RIP 💔
