Oakley was raised by a loving foster family for almost 3 years, until she was wrongfully returned to her bio parents in 2019. Her bio parents never reported her missing. Oakley was last seen in Oakville, Washington. Grays Harbor Sheriff's Office says she hasn't been seen alive since Jan. 27, 2021. Law enforcement became involved on Monday December 6, 2021 when the school's principal asked them to check on Oakley's welfare.
