Good morning Friends♥️, Happy Valentine’s Day everyone♥️ Today is Face to Face Friday for me/Thank God it’s Friday! My weight is currently, 303, I’m 4 pounds from 299.
I’m going to cry yall.. im going to ball my eyes out like you have never seen.. 😭I have been doing this by myself for two weeks straight no Ozemp… and even with me having one PEN left I did it by myself for those 2 weeks.. it was definitely not eazy.
I owe everything to my sister and God, ♥️ she was the one who encouraged, and spoke life into me to motivate ME to get up and MOVE. I love my sister so much ♥️♥️😭🤞🏾I took those words and RAN with it!! 💪🏾🙌🏾
I hope this encourages someone to Get up and eat healthier everyday, Not just sometimes.. EVERYDAY, I hope this Encourages someone to GET UP and MOVE. It doesn’t matter what you DO move your BODY!! I love you sister in Christ!! Keep the faith, Trust in God and Trust the process!! 43 pounds down.. 🙌🏾♥️
