After 2 years on this app, sharing my love for kai, my life, relationship struggles and so much more I am going to have a break. After the years I have been on here I have only taken paid capmaigns that I want to. So to be accused of lining my pockets is just ridiculous and I won’t stand for it. Out of the 50+ opportunities that have come my way to “line my pockets” here on tiktok I have said YES to barely 15! I choose to work with Woolworths for many reasons. They know my worth, have my back and have supported me in ways that I will be ever gratfeul for! I dont see any other brand out there wanting to work with me so consistently! Or any other brand asking if I would like to create a recipe for them! Or even anyone who has offered to interview me and what I do as a young Māori wahine in this online space! No one has ever given me the opportunity to talk about how I started this journey. No one has had that faith in me until I partnered with Woolworths. So I am sorry if thats not what you expected from me but it is what it is. They’ve acknowledged what I have been doing and have helped me get expsoure and opportunities that would not have happened if it werent for them! This won’t be the last time I will be working with them so block me if you don’t like it. If it is 1 thing I will stand by, it is my partnership woth Woolworths. The end.
