Sharing this as a best practice tip or something to think about for your next car purchase. Putting down a portion of the third row is tempting but can be dangerous. It’s one of the many reasons why I love a bench seat- especially for 3 or less kids. 4 kids definitely complicates things and if lots of trunk space and regular third row use is needed- I recommend opting for a extended full size suv or minivan. #explorepage #explorereels #fypシ
Not the answer you may expect BUT an important tip. Forecasting your family growth is nearly impossible- the number of kids and the frequency can be out of our control. A car is an expensive purchase and not something to rush into. The average car loan is 5-6 years, think back to what your needs were back then! Kids change so much of how your car functions so a piece of advice I share with soon to be parents often is to hold off on your purchase for as long as possible. Don’t feel the pressure to upgrade to an big SUV- 1-2 car seats fit in most cars. 💕
If you do find yourself in need of a car, think through what the course of the car’s ownership will be. How many kids do you hope to have? Will you have enough seats? Will car seats fit? Will you be able to access the 3rd row? Will you have enough trunk space? #explore ##catmomlife #explorereels

A lesson we learned the hard way… When George was a baby Tyler had a Ram 1500 quad cab- it felt like a HUGE 4 door truck, we didn’t think car seats would be problem- but we were wrong! We had more room in my Nissan Rogue than we did in his truck.
