Well. We had it until we didn't. Came across the line to get the white flag in 1st. Got dumped and finished by all myself in 22nd. Just the way it goes sometimes. I'm pi**ed, but it was just a charity race and we put on a good show.

Ran with my good buddy Chris Papa in my ear again all race, which is always a blast. Got involved in some early cautions that hurt and relegated me to running in the very back of the pack for a majority of the race. Was always able to get my damage repaired, but had nothing to show for it. Just over halfway, I was checking up for a wreck well in front of me to avoid more damage and got run into by 3 different cars that gave me irreparable damage so it was time to take the fast repair I was dreading because that meant I had to tiptoe from then on. And tiptoe I did. Cracked the top 20, then top 15, and with about 20 to go I was knocking on the door of the top 5. Caution after caution came and I was then battling for a podium position. On the 2nd GWC attempt, I got a good start from 3rd and a great push from behind into turn 3, clearing us two from everyone else. He continued to push me down the backstretch and made a move high, which I tried to block, then tried to go back low and was flat out run over, drove through, ass-packed, pick any synonym you'd like. White House to out-house just like that. Oh well. Hearing the genuine support from guys in discord though after the race showed how much support I had and how many people there were rooting me on and, considering who was there, I have to say that felt pretty damn good.

We’ve gotten several inquiries the last few days about inventory and availability of our units. The answer is… very soon. These units are heading into the shop tomorrow to be drilled out and wired up. We should be ready to ship with at least half of the 30 units we are prepping by Tuesday.

A lil before and after from tonight's 35 lap A main at Lernerville with the Smoky Mtn Grassroots Racing League.

VERY slick track and loose setup made it pretty hard to drive for some of us "less-talented" folk. Once we got some laps going and I figured out a rhythm, it felt like I could keep decent pace. Kept it clean myself, but got caught up and damaged in other messes. Ran as high as 7th at one point, but getting mired in traffic hurt a lot and then got spun with 3 to go to send me to the back of the field. Ended up finishing 10th, which isn't terrible, but doesn't show where I feel I should be at. Oh well, onto the next one.

Changing things up a bit for this month. I try to always run a lavender ribbon on the cars that I design personally in honor of all those affected by cancer. For October, in addition to the ribbon on the roof, I will be running pink on all my cars for BCA like I did a few years ago❤️

First race with the new colors will be starting in 30 min with the Smoky Mtn Grassroots Racing League at Lernerville!

Finally back with the Smoky Mtn Grassroots Racing League tonight after a few unfortunate weeks off! Pro Late Models @ Port Royal! Hoping for a good showing tonight. The last race I did in this league almost a month ago was also at Port Royal in the 305 Sprints and didn't end the greatest. Tune in at 745 for the show!

Absolutely speechless is about the only way I can describe tonight. Definite underdog for the championship, yet here I sit able to say I am now a Ghost Cup Series winner AND Champion! Got way behind on strategy early on after making heavy contact with another car making a green flag stop and had to make a stop myself the next lap in order to get repaired. Fought from behind nearly the entire rest of the race and would;ve been 7 laps short on fuel, but a very timely caution came out just a few laps before I was going to come in, and right after i inherited the lead. I was able to pit under caution and come out in the lead. Teammate Patrick McQuade and DJ Daniel passed me shortly after the restart and got in a battle amongst themselves while I remained in 3rd place, but still 1st out of the championship 4. A very late race caution took a nearly certain W from Patrick, but I stayed out under caution while he pit for tires. Solid advice and help from teammate Chris Tate helped solidify my first ever win in the Ghost League and also my first championship there as well!

Huge shoutout to everyone in the league for an overall great season. I fell on some hard times mid season and couldn't catch a break to save my life it seemed like, but each race continued to be fun and full of hard (albeit not always the cleanest) racing.

Hard Charger last night in the Smoky Mtn Grassroots Racing League Pro Late Models @ Volusia! Qualified 5th, got wrecked in the heat, started shotgun on the field for the feature and made some moves (also got lucky with wrecks in front). 23rd to 6th has got to be probably one of, if not the, best run I’ve ever had! Car was on rails once I figured it out, but by that time everyone else had as well. Can’t wait for more throughout the season!

We made it! Nearly had a win at Daytona the other night but fate had other plans and ended up with a 13th place DNF after a huge wreck on the last lap battling in the top 5.

Focus is on the playoffs now. A points reset has everyone on an even playing field, so good runs are more crucial than ever moving forward. Huge congrats to teammate Patrick McQuade in the #77 on his regular season championship!

Off next week for the 4th of July holiday week, but back at it again on July 13 at Chicagoland!
