We’re seeking a Financial Officer / Assistant Controller to join our Hereford, TX office!

This is a unique position with an opportunity for rapid career growth with a multi-national, fully integrated, controlled group of commercial seed companies and affiliates. Good analytical ability and common sense are a must. Financial Officer / Assistant Controller responsibilities include all aspects of maintaining accounting records for numerous domestic companies. Working with and training all office personnel, as well as working with the accounting departments of several international affiliates. Additional responsibilities include working with and reporting to external entities (i.e. accountants, banks, insurance, state and federal authorities, etc.). Assist in all legal, human resources and other compliance projects. Agris and Sage 50 accounting systems supplemented by Excel, Access, and Word software. Work-related travel as required by the demands of the job. Position is based in our Hereford, Texas office. Salary commensurate with experience.
