Today starts a new chapter. I want to say Thank You to Jim Chaikong and Jimmy Ninja Entertainment for the opportunity to play in the Ninja Cowboys!! It was great fun and I will be eternally grateful! And a big shoutout to Frank Fisher II, J-Skan Music and Joey Devora, it was awesome making music with y'all, hope to do it again soon!
I am ready for a new musical project and I know for sure what I am looking for, and what I am not interested in. First and foremost, creative people who want to make original music as part of a collective process. Creativity in graphic design, recording-mixing-engineering, multi-instrumentalists, livestreaming, podcasting, social media marketing, video recording and editing, writers-editors, would be a huge plus. I want to build the entire machine. One capable of and maybe even focused on an online presence.
I want to do music, where the music is actually the star. That is hard to quantize, but I know it's not broken-hearted love songs! I ain't drinking beer down by the river, daydreaming about the good ol' days. I prefer the 10 minute jam to the three minute sad story. I like something heavy and bluesy, but I am always into whatever organic direction the music flows.
At first glance, that would seem a tall order for Abilene, except that I know that it isn't. There are some incredibly talented people around here. I know y'all are out there, hit me up!
