The Commissioner of Parliament Owek. Rt. Hon Mathias Mpuuga Nsamba has today joined mourners at Buliika village in Nama Sub-County, Mukono District for the funeral of celebrated radio & TV personality, Hajji Abdul Nsereko - the late father to Hon. Muhammad Nsereko, the Kampala Central MP.

Mpuuga noted that childhood memories of the Late's voice on Radio Uganda in the 1970s & 80s are still fresh.
He further stressed that he's only consoled that through the years of his illustrious journalism career, he shared his talents with a number journalists in different media houses.

Mpuuga who also doubles as the Nyendo-Mukungwe lawmaker emphasized that Alhajji Nsereko will be missed for his selfless service to our country, the Kabaka and his religion, Islam.

Deep commiserations to the bereaved family. May Allah reward him with Jannat-ul-Firdaus
