1. Focus on Your Ideal Client’s Specific Needs.
Do your research and identify your ideal client’s persona.
What do your clients want specifically, and what problem are they facing that you can solve
What do you have that will solve their problem?
What kind of content do they consume and which platforms do they use to consume it
Looking for their spending culture and what they spend on, where they spend
You can become someone that makes your ideal client feel seen, heard, and understood. When you make them feel this way, they are far more likely to join your online community, sign up for your email list, listen to your podcast and, ultimately, buy from you.
The next time you’re creating sales or marketing materials, take a step back and ask yourself: Is this really helping my ideal client? If not, it’s time to go back to the drawing board.

There are two types of shared thinking that one needs to investigate when creating a content marketing team.
One is Systemic thinking where one understands how things generally work.
Two is the Strong mutual understanding between teams.
Having a content marketing team that understands what needs to be achieved as a collective and on personal grounds between individual team members, strengthens the team's ability to deliver because of the relationships they have with each other on the team.

There are 3 components of the Customer Experience you should know as Marketer who uses content to reach the right ones.
1. Success - Was the interaction successful, as perceived by the customer, were they able to accomplish what they wanted to do?
2. Effort - How much effort did the customer have to personally put forth in the interaction, and how easy was it to interact with the company?
3. Emotion - What was the emotional outcome, how did the customer feel during the interaction? Answers can range from "upset" to "delighted".
