Ceiling in jinja, is it still the city that people used to come to for relaxing and chilling? Don't think so. Right it's taken by the new mayor fighting with his colleague, why is an issue to the locals; but if not forgotten we sometime back posted showing concern on how and why would one become mayor (kasolo) and a friend retires from work (swengere)? Logically it meant something but since ugandas we look at issue after a point of fire, so we are here now..but it's even seen by the young that it's all about byanfuna, money can disconnect anything and everyone has a price.....ugandans think about it hard not only about the saying mbu because Laszlo went to museveni the swengere got pi**ed .... could an inch of a point but think hard. No offence
