SSPDF attacks SPLM/A IO in Moroto

South Sudan People Defence forces SSPDF have attacked the position of SPLM/A IO in Moroto for the second time in 24 hours. The fighting is still on going until now.

The Commander of SPLM/A IO Gen. Mabie Gar in a phone call said that the government forces have violated the agreement several times and the Leadership of Transitional government of National Unity is still quiet since the beginning of attack on us by SSPDF.

"We are not in the Bush for no reason, if the Transitional government is not responding to the situation, we will do what is good for us, he said.

The situation is still worse as I talk to you Gar said.

SOUTH SUDAN HIGH COURT SENTENCED Babu Emmanuel Lokiri TO DEATH BY HANGING.

OCTOBER 26,2020.

Babu Emmanuel Lokiri, the young man accused of killing the three siblings at Rock City in Juba on 1 August 2020, has been sentenced to death by hanging.

The High Court announced the verdict on Monday morning.

The presiding judge, Douth Kulang, found Babu, 24, guilty of the gruesome killing of 9-year-old Naomi, 7-year-old Blessing and 4-year old Nor Edward.

“The court has found that the accused person is guilty of charges of murder under Section 206 of the Penal Code Act 2008,” Judge Kulang announced.

According to Article 206, premeditated murder is considered if the act that caused the death was committed with the intention of causing the death or if the perpetrator of the act knew that the death was a probable result rather than merely a possible result of an act or any bodily harm that was intended to cause it with the same act.

Babu used a machete to end the lives, the court heard.

At the final session, the court asked the defendant’s lawyer, Gamer Elden Mohamed Al Hassan, if he had any reasons to reduce the penalty.

Mohamed said his client – a medical student – should get a leaner sentence given that he could help the country through his work when he graduates as a doctor.

But Boutros Yai, the public prosecutor, rejected the request – arguing that the accused has another brother and that he depends on his parents and he does not support any person.

Then the judge consulted the victims’ parents on whether they would forgive Babu, who earlier pleaded not guilty to the charges.

However, they refused and requested the court to punish Babu with “any sentence harder than hanging”.

“The convict, Babu Emmanuel Lokiri, will be hanged by the neck until he is dead,” he added.

The case will be taken to the Supreme Court for confirmation after 15 days of appeal.

The judge also ordered that the murder weapon be “destroyed in the criminal court by the court police”.

The murders angered South Sudanese all over the world, including President Salva Kiir who promised to ensure that the killer faced justice.

President Salva Kiir tasks NS to regulate foreign currency rate in black market.

One day after the meeting of the council of ministers President Salva Kiir secretly tasked National security forces to arrest those who raises the dollar rate in black market.

Yesterday $100 was 72,000 SSP but today it came down to $100=50,000 SSP.

National security forces have arrested about 100 of people who have been receiving dollars from some undisclosed senior officials in ITGoNU.

Security at Juba Airport arrested a Mother of 3 kids who were murdered in August arrested at airport while trying to escape to Cairo Egypt.

“This is to inform you that the mother of the three children who were killed in August in Juba has been arrested today at the airport,” the security source said.

“We believe there is a problem. The trial of the Juba University student has resumed and the mother is needed at the trial but it remains unclear why should she be be leaving the country at such a crucial time?” the security officer asked.

Yesterday evening a group of South Sudanese women who were going home from their work place have been r**ed by Egyptian youth across Ein Sham and Mahadi suburbs.

Our Embassy in Egypt is quiet and has not visited the r**e victims since that time.

Note: If you have a relative we mean a female relatives in Cairo please tell them to stay indoor or go for a short walk with a Male family member or her in law.

Cairo is getting worse for our people and since you know that we don't have an Embassy let's tell our people what has happened.

Father arrested for trying to sell his two children.

Authorities in Juba have arrested a man for allegedly trying to sell his two children.
The suspect identified as Jackson Maker Thon, he was arrested in the process of finding a person to buy his children in Konyokonyo-Juba.
The two sons are aged Ten and Seven years respectively.

The first elder son is Nhial Jackson Maker and the youngest son name is Dut Jackson Maker.
The Spoke person of Kelangboor Defense Youths, Joseph Kabonana speaking to Journalists earleir today morning to the Voice of Voiceless Murle Media in Juba said,
The suspect was arrested after a tip off from locals and now he is in custody for investigation.

Joseph Kabonana said, Jackson Maker was asked why he wanted to sell his biological sons? Jackson Maker said, the practice of child trafficking in Dinka Bor community was there since, that it should not be taken as a suprise to other communities who don't practice.
Thus, he (Maker) said, I wanted to sell them out to acquire wealth into my family who had nothing to eat for years now and I got no Job to help to feed them in ordered to survive but rather to sell them to well-wishers for them to keep my sons alive than letting them die of hunger while there is an option for them to survive, Jackson said.

Mr. Jackson, however accepted he is really trying to sell his children for him to get money to keep those who left at home survive.
He further said, people should not blame Murle for abducting people's children but blame should be on Dinka Bor people, because we took our children to them and they (Murle) are kind-hearted community that don't want children to die or killed due to hunger situation but accepted to help grow them, as we all know children are future leaders of our country South Sudan.

He (Maker) also added that, this business of child trafficking is not of recent but it was there a long time ago, between Dinka Bor and Murle, of which Dinka Bor trade their children to Murle for the exchange of cows and food as source of wealth in Dinka Bor community, then Murle followed Dinka Bor footsteps who are ignorant of their children by selling their own kids to other neighbouring communities as a business of getting wealth.

However, he (Jackson Maker) also added that the Dinka Bor community leaders have been advising the Bor community in general to whoever have many children should therefore sell some kids to willing persons. He further said that the leaders involved in the advisory role are; Vice President H.E: Rebecca Nyandeng Garang, Senior Advisor Engineer Kuol Manyang Juuk, Presidential Advisor Abiel Alier, Moulana Dengtiel, Prof: Deng Nhil, Hon: Michael Makuei and the Former South Sudan late President H.E: Dr. John Garang D Mabior.

Jackson Maker says he was only looking for a well-wisher to take care of his children because he lacks money to feed them.
Police spokesperson, Major General Daniel Justin Bulo confirmed the arrest of the suspect. He says the suspect is in police custody as investigations into the matter continue.

The officials spoke to journalists of Voice of Voiceless Murle Media in Juba today's Tuesday morning.

Gunmen Shoots Dead Retired General.
General Bior Ajoh Bior has been gundown in Juba suburb (Sherikat).

Late Gen. Bior Ajoh Bior formerly served as the Deputy Director for administration at National Police Services before his retirement in 2016.

The motives behind the incidence is not yet known although the murdered had been seen by those who were in the area of incident.

22ND AUGUST, 2020 JUBA-SOUTH SUDAN🇸🇸

Plane crashed this morning at Hai Referendum Residential area just after some few minutes of its departure at Juba International Airport.

The Airplane belongs to South Wing Airline and was heading to Wau/Aweil and one person among those who were on the board was recused by the people living at Hai Referendum Area after they all saw smoke, but he is in critical condition.

Thanks to Almighty God for saving him from this danger and we prays to Him so that He can give his healing hand to heals him so sooner, the total number of those people who were with him on the board are not yet confirm.

This is the right information, thank you but sad😭.

Full confirmed report, 7 years old is found committed su***de by hunging herself in nearby homestead tree in Central Equatoria State, Yei River county...

According to agent there in Yei says, she was just found with the rope around her neck and died in the spot. But we are not yet to believe that if she could hung herself alone. Stay tune, more are underway as we are still in contact in Yei.

I cannot believe it, someone must have a hand on the death of this Angel !

127 people confirmed dead in Tonj east county of warrap state after clashes broke out between disarmament forces and armed civilians.

According to SSPDF spokesman , L*l Ruai said that their forces were attacked after disagreements over a red cape with the civilians.

He said more who got killed were soldiers and the situation is still high at the moment.

He added that the civilians refused to be disarmed .
