Stop Chasing after money. Look for Problems and find solutions to those problems and provide solutions to those problems.

Money is probably man's greatest invention in addition to fire, a wheel, the internet among others. Creations that disregard boundaries, age, origin or any other human affiliations. Every country, every society has accepted that money is the most convenient form of exchange to aid trade and investment.

And rightly so, we all year for it!

What if I told you that it's not money you are looking for? Money is just a digit on a piece of paper, coin or a computer whose value entirely depends on how much faith we place upon it! Being rich or wealthy is not about money. Money is just a medium, a pivotal tool to facilitate the activities leading to wealth and riches.

What you're looking for is called FREEDOM. A feeling of self worth, a sensation and the ability to do whatever you want, wherever & whenever without ever having to seek an opinion of "can I afford this?"
A dream car, a luxury home, a fancy wedding, a trip to the space, mention it; your destination is not monetary. It's a feeling.

Create value in yourself so you can be indispensable, unlimited, a valuable being that comes to mind when someone needs a solution. Once you've found a solution to a complex problem, money will come looking for you and you'll never be a slave to inflation, recession, wars, currency fluctuations etc. You'll only be a slave to innovation & invention.

Think of it as Bill Gates inventing Windows OS, Benjamin Franklin inventing Electricity, the Wright Brothers with their aeroplane, the list goes on.

Even the in the highly automated environment, human factor remains the most decisive line between success and failure! Dreams can never exist without the right people with the right skillsets, technical competencies and experience to pursue them!

From the Board of directors to the CEO, to the general workforce, right teams must be selected, properly trained and rightly facilitated to implement the mission and vision.

Spending more resources preparing will result in less time implementing thus a cumulation of savings that'll outweigh all the costs over time. Select the right staff, selected in the most transparent and impartial way, train them sufficiently and remember to provide appreciable remunerations as well as range of motivational packages to keep hold of them.

Majority of business failures have a lot to do with idea, strategy & ex*****on. In every enterprise, human behaviour ranks high as a catalyst for disaster.

Accounting & discipline I'm business are pertinent to success; whoever dares breach the morals have fallen hardest off a clip!

Those at helm, without doubt must respect the role of professionals in a business! Aim at recruitment on Merritt, proper training & continuous development, sufficient remuneration packages and most importantly, a culture that's welcoming and unlikely to induce goodbyes.
