Teso Media Forum formed in January 2013 by a group of senior Journalists/Media practitioners in Teso with a purpose of empowering the journalists in Teso region to have a strong voice in matters pertaining the media. These was reached after realizing that the media being the important sector and a link to the society is not well organized especially in Teso region therefore, there was a need to fo
rm a body that would coordinate, advocate and lobby and empower the media in Teso Sub-region hence, Teso Media Forum was formed. Teso Media Forum consists of members from Soroti, Kumi, Katakwi and Amuria and each district is represented in the Forum, and gender balance is catered for to ensure equal representation. VISION
