UMA ELGON ZONE REPRESENTIVE!!!

Ladies and Gentlemen, I would like to share some side story of mine (Bobex) Working with Uma Elgon Zone Executive.

Musicians at the start, had vision and missions to work together. Before the second wave Covidi 19, very Musicians had accepted to work together as Bamasaba Artistes under the umbrella of Uganda Musicians Association (UMA) headquarters in Kampala.

By then it Mike Nimweze who was the elected president and later resigned and handed over to Vise President who was Lanisha Jovia.

😎😎 Most of the executive members resigned because they knew who the Next president was! In terms of behaviors e.t.c according to some sources (remain privet). They formed Bugisu Musicians Association (BUMA).

Some of us remained moving with Lanisha Jovia. Yes! Indeed we moved but with alot of challenges 😞😞 alot of challenges.. we reached a time "nga" we don't know our roles.🤔 Can you imagine we could just have meetings. (Period).

Note: I'm not trying to disrespect Lanisha Jovia. I (Bobex) love her music and I'm her fan. "

Eyo tuveyoo;! So Lanisha was the overall, she was the treasurer, she was the secretary, she was the P.R.O. as in she was everything. Some of us raised some complaints to her 😎.

See what happened to whoever could challenge her. 😞😞 She could fire us out the office through WhatsApp without any official statement. 😁😁 She could block whoever challenges her in all WhatsApp groups of UMA ELGON.

Can you imagine she created another UMA ELGON ZONE executive without our information. To make matters worse even the Vise President who was Mac Ten who was fired through WhatsApp 😳😂😂 what kind of Dectatorship was that..

Banange Musicians, Let tell you this.. Mac Ten was among the Musicians who played a big Role to unite most Musicians in Elgon Zone. He could be main sponsor who sponsored most the events that had Musicians gathering.

Yee-owaye, ever since Lanisha has been in the leadership, what she done sofar?! She has called for General meetings but no Musician has ever turned up including her own shadow executive. In simple language. She can't call more than Eight (8). Musicians for a meeting. NEVER!! She can't banange. Banange I'm not trying to fight her but I'm telling you the "TRUTH" there is nothing she can Add to this music industry other than Dividing us..

According to me. I ever since I attended meetings. Always Mac Ten raises issues that are attached to all Musicians and sure he has the visions, missions. And Mac Ten does not only on words he works physically.

Mwana ba-guys if you really want change. Please let's Vote MAC TEN. "Simububii" Lanisha wantondo...
