In the picture below is a house made of Poles, Sticks and Mud and with a roofing of timber and iron sheets. They are common in the Mount Elgon region, and several of them have been washed down with mudslides.

These pictures were taken on 3rd December in Mbale city, Namatala one of the biggest slums in Eastern Uganda.
Art Speaks was organized by Dream House Uganda, a collection of young Dancers and Artists with the target of improving and building the community.
