After Muhoozi stating he cant appear before clowns of parliament i knew the judiciary had to take action. Parliament and Judiciray are the same, parliament enacts laws which are followed or put in order by the judiciary. Considering the way court martial has been acting coupled with Muhoozi’s statement towards parliament. Any sane Ugandan would see that things are going out of hand. Judiciary has now cleared itself, let us see if the army puts in order what they have been instructed to do. M7 asiiba agamba si dictator, Let us see rule of law prevailing now.

When your schools/kids perfom poorly, you want to turn the tables and make all the system upsaide down mbu something is wrong in UNEB. Noo, there is nothing right in a poorly governed state. This is just a tip of the iceberg. The entire country is in a total mess therefore do not expect UNEB to be different. Just learn to live with the results the way they come the same way you agree to the presidential doctored results. The topic of discussion here is morality. Why do you expect a normal environment where a military CDF calls parliament a bunch of clowns? Under normal circumstances parliament is bigger than the CDF position but he rubbished it. The Minister of educated Mrs Janet M7 is of less of less academic qualification than his surbodinates Dr Muyingo. But still that is abnormally normal here. The only worry of these elites in Kampala is to see the little known dusty school Kibiito Primary in Bunyangabu having 10 pupils with 4s yet both Kampala Parents and Kabojja had 4 pupils combined who scored 4.

Thiis entitlement to success is what beats my understanding, if you want your kid to score 4 and make headlines on Bukedde lifted up, then take him to the village to practically learn how a bean germinates, how an egg is hatched, to phycically learn all parts of an insect with a physical grasshopper. Your rich kids take study trips to Dubai wheras in exams they are asked about Marchison falls. Your schools have lost sense of academic diretion. While in rural schools pupils go gardening, the Kampala schools they go swimming, which of the two is more likely to affect the results in school? While in villages they gather bundles of counting sticks, the Kampala kid picks his ipad to count using a calculator. You will feel it in the results. This car was reportedly stolen from Capital Shoppers Ntinda, olaba owa police bwawandagazaamu amasasi towards the speeding car where other road users could be shot and taken as collateral damage? Olaba bwofa ebyekisiru? In developed countries policemen dont hold such guns to avoid un necessary killings. A damage caused by a pistol is limited compared to a machine gun. Yes ababbi tetubagala naye nembeera bweti yeralikiriza. Thank God no one got hurt.
