If you're 30 and under, here's what you should do so you don't end up as old people wishing you could go back in time:

Develop healthy habits: If it feels wrong, it probably is and will cause you trouble. Those things will give you health complications and age you faster than a chicken. Be active: You don't necessarily have to gym. Take a walk every other evening. Just don't be a sleeping or sitt

ing log all day. Save money: Use only 60% of what you make, save the rest. One day you'll find a worthy investment and you'll have the money for it. Put yourself out there: Make good friends, cut out the toxic ones. Also, if you like someone, tell them. Regardless off how that goes, you'll never know until you try. Learn to accept that sometimes you may have to restart a process over and over until you meet the one. Being alone is great, but don't get used to it too long. You miss out on a lot of life playing the introvert card. Be good to people.
