Dear friends and family, praise our Lord Jesus Christ. I pray you are doing well. Meanwhile, God’s Love Records made Five (5) years of ministry in the production of Gospel Music. We shall celebrate this milestone on the 24th of September 2023, together with our in-house artist, Mr Ken Royal, in a concert we have named TOTYA (Fear Not), according to Joshua 1:9. The venue is the former FIDODIDO on Kampala Road, now known as the HOUSE OF REST. We shall start at 2pm (EAT). As of TODAY, it’s 23 DAYS to go. Please come and join us in this concert and celebration! Several Gospel artists/ministers will be with us to grace the occasion by ministering that day. Bring your loved ones too. May God bless you!

WE ARE WRITING A LIFE-LONG EXAM

I would like to imagine that we've all sat for Mathematics at least at O’ level or Primary. However much one was good in the subject, there were those sections that were not straight forward, and gave us trouble in working out the solutions. In the same way, we are writing an Exam/Test of our life each day we have an opportunity to live. This life Exam/Test has sections that are so simple such that everyone is expected to pass them. For example, loving our own relatives, friends, children, etc. However, some sections of this Life-Exam are HARD, for example; loving our ENEMIES, challenges in relationships, name it.
GOD wants many of us to pass this Life-Exam/Test and He is more than willing to help us write this exam, only if we invite him in. For example, the Bible says, ”If any of you lacks wisdom, you should ask God, who gives generously to all without finding fault, and it will be given to you" James 1:5.
To be able to excel in any Exam/Test, CONFIDENCE is very important, in that without it, one is more likely to fail. The CONFIDENCE to write this Life-long Exam comes with FAITH and the Bible says, "So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God" Romans 10:17. If we must pass this Life-long Exam/Test, we need to know the TRUTH and the Bible says, "And you shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free" John 8:32. Whenever one does not know the TRUTH, they end up perishing/failing and the Bible says, "My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge: because thou hast rejected knowledge, I will also reject thee, that thou shalt be no priest to me: seeing thou hast forgotten the law of thy God, I will also forget thy children." Hosea 4:6

Let each of us start looking at this life as an exam we are writing. This exam is being timed for each of us as long as we are still alive. God is noting down our answers to this life-long exam we are writing. Whenever we make the correct choices or decisions we score, whenever we make the wrong ones, we lose marks. However, God calls us each day to consult Him on how to write this Life-long Exam/Test, whenever we find challenges in some sections. Therefore, let's not fail this Exam/Test when GOD is more than willing to help us. GOD responds when we invite Him in. The Word of God is the immediate reference book we have in guiding us how to write this Exam. Prayer is important in seeking God's intervention when we are facing a rough section of this exam. The Examiner or invigilator or Exam supervisor only comes when we call Him or put up our hands. Fasting is also very important in helping us connect with GOD during those times the exam is rough. However, the best way is to be prepared for the tough sections before they present themselves. When you wait until the rough sections present themselves for you to get prepared, the experience is not always an easy one. For that reason, some people who find the exam rough give up, commit su***de, have broken marriages, lose their jobs because they decided to cheat, etc.
Therefore, let each of us prepare way before we face the rough sections of our Life-long Exam. It is better to be prepared earlier before we face the rough sections of this Life-long Exam.
HOW DO WE PREPARE FOR THIS EXAM?
Read the WORD of God daily, PRAY to GOD always and remember to FAST routinely to KEEP oneself in a steady relationship with GOD, the Master of our Life-long exam. God has seen many pass this exam and has seen many fail this exam. Therefore, only GOD can be the best TEACHER/CONSULTANT as we live our lives.
