The most common way to waste time in social media marketing is producing content according to pillars that aren’t aligned to your business goals. There are three jobs that your social media content should seek to accomplish:

Demand generation (aka brand awareness & consideration)
Sales (aka conversion)
Loyalty (aka retention)
Conveniently, there is a certain type of content that will stop people on their way, grab their attention and have them clicking through to your profiles because they need to know who is behind the message they’re seeing at the moment. Boom, awareness.

There are specific types of content that you’ll see your loyal community commenting on and sharing more than others for digital word of mouth and organic growth.
Not enough brands think about this one!

Once you align your content strategy to your business goals, you'll see accelerated brand growth and be able to read your social media analytics with much greater accuracy
The most common error we see is a brand thinking product-focused posts don’t work because they get fewer likes or comments. In reality, you should be measuring the efficacy of that post based on how many individuals clicked through to learn more about the product, or saved the post for future reference.

Why are Reviews important?

Good reviews can be just what consumers of your products/services needs to push them from consideration to purchase. A lot of times when consumers are reading reviews they are looking for confirmation that they are making right decision.

Why a lot of business owners don't have many Reviews?
Answer: Because they don't Ask!

2 ways to ask for reviews:

1. Ask previous clients via calling each one of them
