There isn’t a perfect floor plan. There will always be pros👍🏽 and cons👎🏽 and you will need to decide what are your priorities and what can you learn to live with or without. A large living room window wall that lets in gorgeous natural light🌞 may also make your energy cooling and heating bills🥵 higher. A floor plan that is open and spacious could make it hard to concentrate in your adjacent home office🗃 as your kids👶🏾👶🏾 are watching tv in the living room. Weigh the pros👍🏽 and cons👎🏽 when looking for the right floor plan.

Decide what type of dwelling type fits your location🏡
Depending on where you live could dictate what type of floor plan will best suit your family. Dwellings such as single-family homes give the ability to have outdoor space for a yard and backyard and provide more space to spread out in.
An attached home similar to brownstones or condos in a urban area could also meet your “single family home” needs but divided amongst a multi-level floor plan. Split-level floor plans means your entire floors are split to separate levels and don’t consume the entire footprint of your home.
Decide on which of these types are found in your city.

The year was 2016 we elected a wonderful parliament to have our concerns heard and attended too but check a few of disappointing highlight so far as 2021 draws near

1. They introduced OTT tax
2. They increased mobile money tax
3. They increase their allowances at any time they feel like without our consultation
4. They approved a to a to build a specialized hospital
5. They removed the presidential age limit.
6. They attempted to increase their term of office 🏢.
7. Many murders have never been investigated 🔎 into the likes of kagezi, kaweesi, Abiriga, Susan magara,............. Etc
8. Several opposition members tortured and no justice
9. ...................................

The only hope I have is the future 🔮 is in our hands✋🖐👋 let's choose to give our children 👶👧👦 and the coming generation a better Uganda.
2021 is yours to think twice what going to benefit your people not just you alone but even everyone in Uganda not just a bunch of Indians who only milk this economy taking back to 🇮🇳

3. Big foreign companies have been exempted of the tax areas and our domestic small businesses are being closed
4. They have increased their allowances without our consultation
5. They want to be bought for data of 5GB and paid for monthly OTT tax
6. They have removed presidential age limit
7. They attempted to extend their term in office.
8. .......... ......
11. Teachers are crying😭 and soon striking
12. They have approved alone to an investor to build a specialized hospital🏥
13. They went silent about FSG contract procedures
14. ..
