Residents of Kakwezi Bwayegamba Kigarama sheema have tasked security to investigate and find out circumstances that resulted into burning the house of their fellow Tuhirwe Emanuel

Witnesses says last night around 8pm the house belonging to Tuhairwe Emanuel was set on fire and upon reaching at the scene his brother Twinomugisha Amon was seen running away from the burning house.

According to the chairperson LC1 Kankwezi cell Vincent Rukumbagaza says on several times Amon is being reported by his mother and brothers on different cases including attempts threatening to kill them.
Scovia Kaheru the mother of both Amon the accused and Emanuel the victim says since the 2004 when her husband died,Amon on several times has tried to attack her with a panga and since then she is living in fear .

Residents however says that incase police fail to investigate and arrest the suspect who they found them selves at the scene,they will resort to Mob justice although its against the law.

By press time around 10am police and investigators from Kagango and Iten dero police posts who never allowed to give a comment on the matter were already at the scene to investigate deep into the matter.

He said that once this window closes, late registration will attract a penalty of 10 percent of the Shs 75,000 that each employee of a particular company is supposed to contribute to NSSF.
