CONDOLENCE MESSAGE FROM MR TEN

It’s been a tough few days for me and I can’t believe Grailer The East African is no more yet we last talked in mid November before I went for work. It is too much to bear and words won’t describe enough how empty I feel and how devastated i am. I hope I get some comfort in a few weeks!

Grailer was a very talented artiste who reminded me of Mowzey Radio when we were in studio working and he had a counter book full of unrecorded songs! He was someone with a great heart and respect. He believed in people and believed in goodness.

I can’t believe I will never enjoy another song from you because it will always remind me of you. It will take a while.

Thank you for letting me be apart of your music journey especially on your new album which has one song released “Ninda nzija” so far. This album is one of the best things Uganda is yet to listen to! Thank you Producer OJ for your work with Grailer.

Grailer, thank you for pushing Dema Vemoh and Babanego. Thank you for supporting me and wanting the best for me. For the endless advise and knowledge. For the unending faith and encouragement you gave to me. Thank you for inspiring artistes and loving people. Thank you 🙏

The journey of your new album had just started after working on it since 2021 and now my favorite song on that album “Nyumilwanyo” will never feel the same again! Those weekends when we were always in studio Listening to/recording the songs on that album will now not sound the same like we were in studio, jamming to them with Producer OJ! I will cherish those memories forever! Thank you for letting me be part of your project.

To everyone who believed in Grailer. Thank you so much and thank you for the love and support.

I don’t know how my life is going to be without you but it will never be the same again.

My deepest condolences go out to your daughter and your wife, your father and siblings. I will see you soon and God only takes the best!

Rest in power and Rest with the angels Emma Grailer, a great man and brother! You leave my heart broken in pieces!

Charles Temple was a friend and a key ally in the Bugwere music industry. It sad that he wasn’t given a chance to realize his potential and it is so unfortunate that he is gone.

His death is a big blow to the bugwere music industry because he was a very promising videographer and had hopes to start a production studio. His goals and dreams were to build our industry and it is sad he didn’t get to see that happen. He deserved better and we hope he is at peace wherever he is.
