Born 2 Dance is the School of modern dance that was founded in 2008 in Kiev; since 2012 the School has started its activities in Lviv. Born 2 Dance takes an active part in the creation of dance history of Ukraine, promotes the idea of personal development through the art of dance as well as the study of other cultures and traveling. The main activities of the School are the study, establishment an
d popularization of hip-hop culture in Ukraine and beyond the country, organization of dance shows and festivals, local and international events, providing conditions for sharing one’s experience and for development - both of professional dancers and dance supporters. Within the period of the School’ active work its students have more than once become winners of international and Ukrainian contests in modern dance (after AMSDU, UMDF, UCD, IDO versions). The training program also includes classes and workshops in additional dance disciplines (contemporary, vogue, the elements of classical choreography) thus contributing to comprehensive development of its students. The school has been founded and directed by Aleksandra Sereda, the instructor of the Ukrainian Dance Federation, the organizer of festivals, dance workshops, projects and shows like "Lviv Dance Summer Weekends", "Free People - Free d'Homme", "Dance & Travel", "Creative child - Talented country", "Dancing nation", the professional dancer and choreographer.
