Children's cottage cheese cookies

The simplest composition, nothing more. However, the cookies are very tasty.

You will need:

- 150 g butter,
- 200 g of cottage cheese,
- 250 g of wheat flour,
- 100 g of sugar.

How to cook:

1. Grind cold butter with sugar and cottage cheese. Add flour and quickly knead the dough. Wrap the dough in cling film and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
I make dough in the evening and bake cookies in the morning. And sometimes I also add a couple of drops of vanilla essence.

2. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Roll out the dough to a thickness of 3 mm, cut the cookies and put on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Let bake for 10-15 minutes, depending on the size of the cookies.

Pie with raspberry filling

❤Ingredients

❤For the sand base:

Sour cream - 0.5 cups
Butter - 150 g
Baking powder - 1 tsp
Sugar - 0.5 cups
Sifted wheat flour - 2 cups

❤For sour cream filling:

Μuka - 2 st. l.
Sugar - 1 glass
Egg - 1 pc.
Sour cream - 1 cup

❤For fruit filling:

Frozen raspberries - 350 g

❤Πpreparation:

1. Before doing the dough, I suggest getting the raspberries out of the freezer - during this period of time it will not have time to completely freeze and leak, but at the same time it will be possible to work with it.
2. In order to knead the dough for the base of our Tsvetaevsky pie, we combine sugar with sour cream.
3. Melt the butter by placing the bowl in the microwave.
4. When it cools down, pour it into the sour cream and mix well.
5. Now just knead the dough, adding flour and baking powder.
6. The dough is very pleasant and elastic.
7. We distribute it over the entire surface of the baking dish with high sides.
8. Now we quickly prepare the filling, mixing the egg with sugar, flour and sour cream. Actively mixing the mass with a whisk, we get rid of lumps.
9. Now the smallest thing is left - distribute the slightly melted raspberries under the bottom of the mold onto the already laid out dough and pour it with sour cream.
10. By setting the approximate temperature in the oven to about 180 degrees, you can safely forget about the pie for almost an hour. After 50-55 minutes, the base will already grab, and the middle will “play” a little - this will indicate the readiness of our insanely delicious dessert!
11. I recommend to cool completely and only then transfer from the mold to a dish and cut into portioned pieces. Bon appetit!

Ingredients:

• cabbage
• fresh cucumber
• onion
• sausage (whatever you like)
• mayonnaise
• spices

Cooking:

1. Shred cabbage (we have Peking cabbage, it tastes better with it)
2. Cut the cucumber into strips (I like the straws to be larger)
3. We cut the sausage into strips
4. Onion cut into half rings
5. Add mayonnaise, salt, pepper and mix everything!

Poppy-lemon pie with berries 💕

Delicate and simply delicious cake. Its rich creamy taste, vanilla aroma, lemon notes, crunchy poppy seeds and juicy berries - it's worth it to cook it and try it. Pairs well with tea.

° Ingredients:
Butter at room temperature - 150 g
Butter at room temperature (for greasing the mold) - by eye
Flour - 150 g
Sugar - 140 g
Vanilla sugar - 10 g
Eggs - 3 pcs.
Baking powder - 1 tsp
Poppy - 2 tbsp. l.
Lemon peel - 1 pc.
Blueberries (fresh or frozen) - 1 handful
Raspberries (fresh or frozen) - 1 handful

° How to cook?:

1. Beat the butter with regular and vanilla sugar so that the mixture becomes fluffy. Add eggs and beat them with a mixer. Then we pour poppy seeds, add lemon zest, flour (sifted) and baking powder. Mix until smooth.
2. Put in a mold, oiled,
to bake our dough.
3. Lay out the berries.
4. Bake in an oven preheated to 180 ºС for 30–35 minutes.
5. Check with a toothpick.
5. We take it out, put it on to cool, try it.
