Pie with raspberry filling
❤Ingredients
❤For the sand base:
Sour cream - 0.5 cups
Butter - 150 g
Baking powder - 1 tsp
Sugar - 0.5 cups
Sifted wheat flour - 2 cups
❤For sour cream filling:
Μuka - 2 st. l.
Sugar - 1 glass
Egg - 1 pc.
Sour cream - 1 cup
❤For fruit filling:
Frozen raspberries - 350 g
❤Πpreparation:
1. Before doing the dough, I suggest getting the raspberries out of the freezer - during this period of time it will not have time to completely freeze and leak, but at the same time it will be possible to work with it.
2. In order to knead the dough for the base of our Tsvetaevsky pie, we combine sugar with sour cream.
3. Melt the butter by placing the bowl in the microwave.
4. When it cools down, pour it into the sour cream and mix well.
5. Now just knead the dough, adding flour and baking powder.
6. The dough is very pleasant and elastic.
7. We distribute it over the entire surface of the baking dish with high sides.
8. Now we quickly prepare the filling, mixing the egg with sugar, flour and sour cream. Actively mixing the mass with a whisk, we get rid of lumps.
9. Now the smallest thing is left - distribute the slightly melted raspberries under the bottom of the mold onto the already laid out dough and pour it with sour cream.
10. By setting the approximate temperature in the oven to about 180 degrees, you can safely forget about the pie for almost an hour. After 50-55 minutes, the base will already grab, and the middle will “play” a little - this will indicate the readiness of our insanely delicious dessert!
11. I recommend to cool completely and only then transfer from the mold to a dish and cut into portioned pieces. Bon appetit!
