開幕式 第二場 水上劇場
承襲著400年的台南傳統
臺南鹽水，一座歷經了超乎400年歷史的舊城鎮，隨著年輕藝術家的返鄉而創辦了第一年的月津港燈節，透過藝術的型態，將更多文化元素帶入常民生活。逐步構起屬於鹽水的特色與驕傲。鹽水歷經過社會的動盪、文化的轉型、傳統信仰的建構、新希望的注入。讓世界看見鹽水，成了一顆被埋下的種子。
Tainan Yanshui (臺南鹽水), an old town that has undergone Taiwanese history for over four hundred years, once held the first anniversary of the first Yuejin Harbour Lantern Festival following the returns of young artists. Through contemporary art styles, the young artists introduce more cultural elements into ordinary lives and gradually build up the features and fulfilment of Yanshui. Yanshui has weathered social upheavals, cultural transformations, the development of transition beliefs, and the refilling of new aspirations. All these efforts have been planted as a seed, flourishing and bringing Yanshui into the world.
