今年連續二次的大噪音將與「Wildest Youth 」和「NPCᴺ 」跨國合作，獨立打造Show case場景，將戰場伸入秘神鬱林東南亞。
由資深迷幻「Gate to otherside」，合成聲響「Run Run Run」，文南噪音「太空蒼蠅 Space Fly 」，朋克亂差「髒手指」以及泰國等近十組朋噪瞪飄進行無差別戰鬥。
11/12~18連續多天將在不同的城市與空間轟炸外，11/14的酗酒會談也將聊聊兩岸與泰國三地音樂市場與輸送有無。

主旨在非固定的城市，以瞪鞋/迷幻/噪音/朋克等大音量風格為核心的主題拼盤活動，促進國際間樂隊交流，開啟演出橋樑，以靈活游擊的概念跳脫已固化的音樂節形態。
Led by TCRC Records in Taiwan, the aim is to organize thematic events in non-fixed cities, centered around high-volume genres such as shoegaze, psychedelic, noise, and punk. These events promote international band exchanges, establish cross-national performance platforms, and break away from traditional music festival formats with a flexible guerrilla concept. 」
