The QDEEP SDK from YUAN offers features such as mine car detection, mineral sand segmentation, and mine car number recognition to analyze on-site conditions and record them as videos for later playback and review. Once the software obtains AI detection results, it executes corresponding PLC controls to manage the mine car and the mineral hopper, creating a fully automated mineral filling system.

In mines, collected minerals need to be loaded into mine cars. Traditionally, this part of the work needs to be done manually by operators.
