PRIME MINISTER, THE HONOURABLE KAMLA PERSAD-BISSESSAR S.C., SECURES USD 5 MILLION IN FUNDING FROM THE KINGDOM OF SAUDI ARABIA

Earlier today, Prime Minister of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago, the Honourable Kamla Persad-Bissessar S.C., witnessed the ex*****on of a Grant Document from the Government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to the Government of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago, which provides for a grant (which is not a loan) of US$5, 000, 000 (TT$ 35,000,000) to the Government of Trinidad and Tobago.

This Grant Funding seeks to build and expand on the long and friendly relations between both countries.
