"My name is Antonio Ramcharan. H2O Grow was born from humble beginnings right after graduating university. With the pandemic causing a lack of employment opportunities, we took a step-by-step approach to evolve our business to where it is today."

As young, hungry minds on the entrepreneurial journey, we have experienced firsthand the challenges of finding guidance and mentorship in the early stages. At H2O Grow, education and community engagement are core pillars. We offer internships, crash courses, and technical support, inspiring and employing high-risk youth and women. Our philosophy: "each one teaches one," ensuring our growth benefits the community.

We host seminars and practical sessions in Valencia/Sangre Grande, guiding students from seed to harvest, offering alternative perspectives on life and combating societal issues through constructive engagement.
