Designed by Harrisons Studio, the stamps feature Minshall’s 1974 creations. “From the Land Of The Hummingbird” valued at 30c the stamp features The Hummingbird dancing in full flight, it is considered to be one of the most outstanding costumes ever seen in Trinidad and Tobago. ⁠

“The Little Carib” valued at $1 based on the Mythical tale of a Young Carib Prince who came to Trinidad looking for a land of sunshine and beauty astride the Scarlet ibis, one of our country’s national birds.
