Analysis of Appaji composition on Balakrishna
Many will regret not doing the Bhagavad Gita after 4-5 years. You should not be afraid, you can keep trying again and again. In today's program, Annadana cost has been picked up by Gita foundation in the US, plus some other devotees here. We are building Venkataramana Swamy temple in Dallas. We also sang a bhajana on that Lord recently. Construction started at that place. I am very happy. Swamiji is visiting during Guru Purnima in July and will see all the US devotees then.
Since we had Bhagavad Gita event, we'll sing a bhajan on Jagadguru Krishna.

This meaning is related to Bhagavatam. This bhajan is at par with chanting the entire Bhagavatam. Swamiji has composed this in a way it's easy for everyone to understand. It is hard for us to chant the Bhagavatam everyday, so the entire essence is in this composition.

Yoko Saraswati: “ From Bhajan Mala, Krishna = Sattva and Ananda, Hari = Destroyer Kesava = Brahma and Shiva are present in him. Vishnu = Victory, Vishnu spreading victory , O God, please protect me.
Verse: Devasandipā guru shishya vidya maya Devaki putra Vasudeva punya odaya Nanda Nanda Yashoda sati nandana sundarākara bala rama bhavyānuja ...
1 )) Krishna, the disciple of the Guru, Vidya swaroop, Devaki putra, born by the merit of Vasudeva, Nandānanda Yashoda sati nandana, beautiful one, worthy brother of Balarama, mamava = protect me - with the verb mamava = protect me - without first saying that Devaki is the child of Vasudeva, raised and ruled by Nandāyashoda in childhood, and then saying that Sandeepa is a great person from whom Krishna has acquired knowledge in the Guru's school,---- what is the meaning of saying that you are a disciple of such and such a Guru? Since the knowledge he got from his Guru is so great, Sri Krishna is praised as Vidyamaya and then the names of his parents are mentioned. If he was not Vidyamayi, how did he become the world guru?
Wasn't it the Gurukul of Sandeep that gave him the education that made him the world guru?
Isn't that the source of the Bhagavad Gita, which offers alms of knowledge to all the worlds? The whole meaning is resounding in this. Showing his poetic talent by changing the front and back, Swamiji gave the message, "Recognize Shri Krishna as Vidyamayi.”
The demon Putana --the childlike pastimes began with the killing of the demon Putana. O God who destroyed the three-fold path, and the two-fold path. 'Mamava'. "Rishinampunaradhyanam vacamardhonudhavati," said the great poet Bhavabhuti. Ordinary people compose words with the meaning in mind. (Nanrishih kurute kavyam ) A person who is not a sage does not compose poetry. The words of a sage go before, and the meaning follows - that is the opinion of Bhavabhuti.
2 Here, in the second verse, Swamiji talks about the destruction of Trinavartu and the destruction of Shakatasura. What actually happened is that Yashoda left Balakrishna/ Baby Krishna lying in the shade under the cart and went to work. There were containers filled with milk and curds on the cart. In the meantime, a demon (with a body of air) seized the cart. When he seized it, the wheel of the cart moved on its own and came towards Balakrishna. Without saying anything, Balakrishna showed that Yashoda's baby was not helpless.
The baby kicked the wheel of the cart that was coming towards him with a foot like a twig. With that blow, the cart overturned, all the axles, bolts, nails were blown away, and the body of the cart destroyed. The demon who had taken possession of it through the medium of wind escaped with his life. So here the demon who had taken possession of the cart was deprived of his life, but his life was not taken away. The body of the demon, Shakatasura, did not come out like the demon body of Putana, or Trinavartu.
This is the proof! What was said with the Ardhapatti oath in the Srimad Bhagavatam, Swamiji has made it resound for the devotees with the anupada 'Utseka Nirvapaka'. The slaying of the demon Vatsa, the destruction of the demon Bakas, the destruction of the demon Dhenuraksh, the one who is capable of saving the people of Gokula from the fire (Karchirchu), the one who bathed the Gopis in their robes, the one who played the rasakritha on the banks of the Yamuna, the one who protected the Govardhana—all were the leelas or plays of Sri Krishna!
The one who stole everyone's minds with the sound of the Venu, the one who was ready to play with children in the villages, the one who had a transcendental essence known only to groups of sages, the one who incarnated as the essence of true grace, that is the form which Swamiji beautifully presented to us.
Any kind of worry remains a burden on the mind. - To get rid of it, one must find joy in listening to music - is the message of the Venu! Swamiji is putting it into practice!

May there be peace everywhere!
Sri Narhari Teertha used to always worship Narasimha Swamy. He was very innocent. He used to come to Mysuru Ashrama and loudly declare that he brought be 5 lacs. Everyone would assume it was about money. He would come with a big bag and then empty the bag and tell me he chanted the mantra 5 lac times for my benefit. He could come back in a few more months and do the same with 15 lacs. I never saw him as a father. I felt he was a friend.
He would tell me that he saw me as Narayana in his dream. He would say: You will wear a diamond crown tomorrow. I saw it in my dream. I did not care for a diamond crown. The next day, a devotee from Hyderabad Jaganmohan Rao brought the diamond crown for Swamiji. I told him I didn't need one, that money could be put to better use, but the devotee said he wanted to see me as Vishnu.Tatagaru (Sri Narahari Teertha) saw me and said I should look in the mirror if I wanted to see Maha Vishnu.
Mother was born near the Brindavana of Subbaya Yogi. He would throw stones in the air and they would turn into sugar candy. He was a great yogi. The Ashrama acquired some barren land - there's limestone up to 8 feet deep. We want to plant some medicinal trees for the benefits of people to help with their heart, kidney, lung health. We want to grow those trees that are not found in this region.
We are losing trees to urbanization. We are only breathing air conditioned air. We must get fresh air! Swamiji is doing Vruksha Shanti Yajna in June. 8000 plants are being used in this yajna alongside Chandi Yaga. I will not ask you all to come since there will be a lot of crowd if I do.
Infant Krishna was found sucking on his big toe while lying in the dark cold water on a banyan leaf. After a long time, he heard a voice that said it was one Krishna. Krishna wanted to see that light, but that light (Mother) said she would appear later when all the gods did yajna.
I bless you again and again. Play music when you go to bed. Get regular medical checkups. Exercise regularly. Eat moderately. Walk everyday. Swim if possible. Breathe fresh air from trees. Do not doubt your family members. Be friendly. God brought us all together, so we should be cordial with each other. There is a fear of war, may that be calmed down as well. May God give sense to the foolish! May there be peace everywhere.

Ganga Saptami
Ganga Saptami day is dedicated to Goddess Ganga. This day is also known as Ganga Pujan and Ganga Jayanti as Ganga was reborn on this day.
Today is the day the holy river Ganga emerged. Yesterday also counts. Bhagiratha's 100 ancestors were burned to ashes due to the curse of sages. Sage Narada and others advised that for his forefathers (pitru devatas) to attain felicitous worlds...
(Appaji reminds devotees that teertham should be consumed not poured on the head. That teertha can absolve one of all sins. The water must reach the throat, that is why only a small quantity is given to you). There is a salagrama in the Vishnu granthi near the navel. It is enough if the water finally falls on it.
We should always ask the priests for teertha, we should chase after them for teertha. We should be like ordinary people in a temple, not like VIPs. I don't know why some Andhra people act like VIPs. Real devotees will refuse VIP treatment. Many come here as regular people, not as VIPs. We should not go to Guru's Peethas and Guru’s temples as people of authority. Where is devotion in such an action?
There are some who have darshan while seated in a car. They don't want to even walk even though they are able to. You've seen young children as well as 90 year olds climb the hill to Tirumala. That is real devotion. You must stand in the queue and have Darshana, not pay money for fast darshan. This is okay for old people to do, but not for youngsters.
You must not crowd around Swamiji for teertha. The more you wait patiently, the better for you. You can go patiently in the queue, not rush worried that prasadam that HH is giving may be over, or that HH may leave. Those two demons are with you. Get rid of them. Swamiji gives to everyone once He starts, otherwise, He will not even start. Why do you rush. You can just be in Swamiji's presence for longer if you are patiently waiting.
Since we cannot go to Ganga everyday and bathe in it, we think of Ganga every day when we bathe. (Mantra while bathing) This very cruel body, when it bathes in ganga, gets rid of all its sins. Salutations to Bhairava who takes us to higher worlds.
atikrūra mahākāya kalpānta dahanōpama
bhairavāya namastubhya - manujñāṁ dātu marhasi॥
When we go to other worlds, it is Bhairava who is there helping us. All the vehicles we take then are his. The 8 river names we chant during our shower are also Ganga. Even if bathe in the swimming pool or a tank, that is akin to Ganga. If we are able to dip fully so our head is fully in the water, that is like Ganga Snana. We are arranging for pools in all Ashramas. Whatever water we draw from the borewell, is Saraswati river. Where Saraswati is, Ganga and Yamuna are too. So, don't regret that it is bore water. The water in the faucet too is coming from a pure source, that too is Ganga. Impure water also becomes pure when the sun rays fall on it. According to science, water gets filtered a lot. The water under earth flows over stones and gets purified. We consume that as bore water. It may contain some salt, but we can fix it.
In the beginning Bhagiratha dug the earth for water. That is what is said to have turned into oceans in one kalpa. When Bhagiratha prays, Ganga says that he is ready to flow to earth, but no one can withstand her force. When he prays to her for advise, she gives him the clue to pray to Shiva. Bhagiratha does so and then Shiva assures him he will take care. Shiva knew of Ganga's ferocity. Ganga had waxed eloquently about her own prowess that Bhagiratha shared with Shiva. Shiva stands ready with his tresses open. Ganga starts at Vishnu's feet. Shiva is very dear to Vishnu, so he places his feet in the path to reduce the speed of water. But Ganga flowed over his feet with great speed. Then, Ganga falls on earth. Shiva is not an ordinary man. Shiva imprisoned her in his tresses and tied up his hair.
Bhagiratha felt helpless and again does penance to Shiva. Shiva is immediately pleased. He always grants your boons immediately. But you must pray to him wholeheartedly, not mechanically. Bhagiratha then pleads with Shiva to let Ganga flow. Then, Shiva lets out one single stream of ganga (there are many in Shiva's tresses). Mother Ganga falls on the cold mountains. All of those mountains cooperate and turn into Ganga too. It was as if all those cold mountains suddenly came to life. Mother directs Bhagiratha to run ahead as she follows him.
Ganga is flowing over all the beautiful places and ashramas and is devouring (drowning ) them. Sage Jahnu gets angry and he turns Ganga into a tiny bit of teertha and drinks it up. Bhagiratha turns around to look for Ganga when he stops hearing the sound of water flowing. He does not find Ganga. He sees that everything behind him was destroyed due to Ganga. He also realizes that the sage had drunk up Ganga and sat down to meditate again. Bhagiratha again prays to the sage
The sage asks him what he wants. Bhagiratha narrates his story and how Ganga started with Vishnu and then flew to Shiva and is now with Sage Jahnu. The sage then releases the water through his ears. Ganga again starts running. Bhagiratha leads the river to nether world where his ancestors ashes lay. As the river flows there, all the minerals there were churned and those became the oceans. It is due to those minerals that the ocean water is salty. One stream of Ganga uplifted Bhagiratha's forefathers, while another stream is here to uplift us.
Sage Kumbha sprinkles holy water on Ganga, Yamuna and Saraswati and that place become sanctified and that is why we celebrate Kumbhamela. Where at least two rivers merge, that is a sangama. Saraswati is antar-vahini - it flows underground. Bathing where two rivers meet is very sacred. Swamiji was born in a sangama kshetra too. Kaveri, Arkavati rivers meet there. Also Saraswati river is there.
So, Swamiji was born in that Ganga. For those who listen to this story and receive it in their heart, sins of 7 births are destroyed. This instance is explained with great importance in Bhagavatam.
Since it's hard to listen to the entire Bhagavatam, we will do saptaham of Bhagavatam. The process of creation as well as all incarnations will be described during the saptaha. I am planning to do this in Eluru, Gunturu, Hyderabad. We want to do this when it cools down a bit. That will fulfill your lives.
Swamiji is playing only the ragas from Mother's bhajans this evening during Nada Chikitsa Mother inspired me to compose Bhajans. I will pick three such keertans from Mother and play them. Healing ragas were there already. She declared a long time back that I would play these for my children and grandchlidren.
Annapurna Mandira, Hospital, Dormitory are getting inaugurated tomorrow. Eye surgeries were done by Sankara Netralaya here. They did it wonderfully. So many were happy. 240 surgeries were done to restore eyesight Madras Ashrama does many such programs. The doctors there go to various villages every month and serve there. Along with that, there are devotees who do Annadana and other charities. Of course, Andhra people also do charity. You can offer things that the hospital need - you can bring dentist chairs or the small appliances that the hospital needs.
We should do these kinds of sevas too, not only Annadana. When you are coming to the Ashrama, try to bring some rice. You must mentally want to share with a couple people. "I eat food, I want to feed two others". If you don't share food with others, it is only Atma Dana - donating to oneself. You can participate in Nitya Puja for Mother.

Serve , Serve, Serve!
We should have reverence for Dharma. This life is not just for sense pleasures. No charitable nature, no respect for elders, no devotion for Guru. It's fashionable going to temple. It's for show. They do not even wear tilak on their forehead.
Every face is like a face licked by a dog. Why don't you wear a tilak - kumkum or vibhuti or sandal paste. We keep getting diseases often because we dont' wear tilakam. If we wear tilak, it is like giving respect to lambika nadi.
Many do not wear tilak. You must wear tilak everyday, not just when you go to a temple. In Nepal, everyone wears a tilak. If you are born Hindu, you must wear a tilak. Your face looks so radiant when you when a tilak. Your diseases will not show. You will gain good qualities.
Those who wish to get rid of their ailments may come to the Nada Chikitsa tomorrow. If you don't need that healing you are welcome to stay home.
Datta Prabhu says to kindly open the mouth wide, (just like you would when you eat food) and chant the mantras loudly.
This is the Datta Parampara Stuti. May the Lord who is worshiped by all, who is Shiva Swaroopa, protect us all.
Divya Nama Sankeertana is that which is sung by everyone together. You have your phones, look at the bhajan ID and sing. Everyone has a phone. There are people without children, without food, without breath even, or even without honor, but everyone has a phone.
All the 52 letters we can enunciate with our tongue. Mother Saraswati gave these letters to us. Those who can pronounce correctly can speak well. Many say they cannot pronounce Bhagavad Gita letters, you must practice the letters correctly first, then you can chant Bhagavad Gita well. Many do not fully enunciate the letters. When we can do that, we can chant the shlokas we wish to, correctly.
Many scientists have researched on kids that have speech issues. Many go for yantras and mantras to heal the child. Instead, work hard and teach the child the 52 letters. Do not give up until each letter is mastered. We can conquer the world with this mastery of letters.
Why are kids suffering from autism these days? The parents to be are focusing on their food, recreation and activities elsewhere. Future parents did not match correctly! They have too varied temperaments. Of course, there is more sin as well. You must check carefully about the best marriage compatibility for you but you don't.
There are schools these days to help such children. We have one too - Vagdevi school. Children have been trained there and have been integrated into regular schools. The school has won awards too. We are not expanding the school a lot. There are teachers to sacrifice and do a lot of volunteer work there.
You can come serve in the Ashrama instead of sitting at home and eating. Your life is spent learning to cook and eat. Come to ashramas like this and serve and cook. Clean the plates. It's not necessary that domestic help alone serve. You must also serve. Your forefathers were also domestic help at one time, ask them how much poverty they suffered. If you serve, your children will be well.
If you serve well, you will not have children with autism as much. You will be well, no diseases, your mind will be good. If you serve, you will be well. Serving Guru is our greatest fortune. We must have this faith.
Don't just serve in front of Swamiji. If you do that, my blessing to you will also be superficial in front of you. You should not be ashamed of your seva. If you can only give Rs. 10, so be it. Do what you can. You won't have children with autism if you do all this. That is why we do Divya Nama Sankeertana. This is in simple Telugu, so we don't need to detail it (for Telugu devotees). Since we consecrated Narasimha Swamy, we also sing in praise of the Lord.
Sri Sankara Bhagavadpada once when he meditated (in samadhi state) told his disciples that he would arise one day and asked them to wait until then. He entered into a king's body and learned various sciences. He had to do this to participate in a debate.
The devotees - dim witted - waited as told. And then thought their Guru had passed on. So they lit a pyre for the Guru. That's a big story. The Guru somehow managed to come back to life with his yogic power. His body was half burned. He then prayed to the Lord "Lakhsmi Nrsimha Mama Dehi Karvalambam". Then, the Lord appeared and helped him. This song is based on that.
If we pray to the Lord, he will help us in all ways. All the fire of worldly afflictions are subdued when we pray to the Lord. We have this Lord in ATP here who will protect all that come here. The devotees should have waited one more day, but did not.
We pray to Lord Shiva... We pray to Karya Siddhi Hanuman…
NEVER be in the Ashrama and say you are poor. You must pray for the strength to overcome that. If you say that while present in the ashrama, it will come true. Swamiji is with you, you will be well. Swamiji toured all Andhra Ashramas - nearly 24 Ashramas. Subramany Swamy bestows all jnana, removes diseases and gives prosperity. We have Subramanya Kshetra here along with the nāgās
Tomorrow, Jayalakshmi Raga Sagara - Nada Chikitsa session. The day after tomorrow, we have inauguration of new buildings/services. The day after tomorrow evening, Swamiji will head back to Bangaluru. Swamiji will be in Kasi 5-6days. Then, back to Mysuru. There are Veda exams and certificate distribution for Bhagavad Gita students.

It’s all about Amma!
Jaya Guru Datta.
We are human and keep making mistakes by creating divisions. Then, the saints like Ramanujacharya and Madhavacharya came. We are still fighting.

Bala Swamiji says: Now, Appaji has come to earth. We want harmony. Our Ashrama has people of all faiths. WE are all one. We should eat Sattvic food and serve God. Per Mother's instructions, Swamiji wandered to all places, stayed in a cave in the Himalayas (when I was 9 years old), went to Manasa Sarovara, went to Gandha Madana (half of it is in Pakistan and China now). After 40 days Swamiji came back. Then, a mule brought Swamiji back Delhi. Mother did all Upadesha to young Swamiji. Swamiji was less than 15 when he attained all experiences along with Jnana - this is akin to what one would gain at 120 years of age.
Now, you can calculate how old Swamiji is. The devotees and family members love Swamiji; they also see Swamiji as a human and cry for Swamiji too.This is what Yashoda did with Sri Krishna. It's okay, but don't overdo it.
It is most important to serve Swamiji with all the faculties Swamiji has given us. We should do the best within our means. Mother gave 12 commandments. That is for you, it was given through me. I am like the mic here. Mother spoke through me for you. We should also do whatever sadhana we can. Small shlokas, small pujas, whatever Swamiji teaches us, japa, doing pradakshina, doing seva with our body. We should offer to the Lord whatever we get. This is our good fortune.
Jayalakshmi mata who is Annapurneshwari give us such good fortune. Food gives us prana. This jeevi is the form of prana.
There are various schools of thought. Sri Sankara Bhagavad pada spoke of non-duality. Sri Krishna spoke about a temple in every household. Our Atman is the Lord in the heart of our temple. WE are crying, getting plagued by vices and dying. Bhagavad Gita teaches us various lessons. Swamiji ordered that everyone chant atleast one chapter of the Gita everyday. This is a precious chance we have while alive. Everyone should do Bhagavad Gita study. Join as fluent reader at least.
Everyone must do more seva here. We need to serve people. Those who come to the Ashrama, clean the place, water the trees, serve food, put money in the hundi, sweep the place etc. Do not think this is for servants. We are the servants of God.
In the old days when kings and queens visited sages, they kept the help away, and personally served the sage. We invite Swamiji home and make others do the work. They get the punya. If you do puja at home and have priests do the puja and someone else do the cooking, you gain nothing.
We don't move our body much and we get a big belly. We suffer and we die. We should do our own work. Don't call the help at home for every task. If you see some trash at home, you can clear it yourself.
We must study the scriptures whenever we have time. We can study the shlokas, MB, Yoga Vasishtha, Bhagavatam etc when we have time. There is no use watching movies, it wastes your tears, wastes electricity and wear time. This is self-inflicted. We are making many mistakes in life. Pray to God for forgiveness. We should be cautious about our senses.
We did Archana with corals for Mother. Mother came to my heart in the night and asked me to do this. This helps heal heart problems. Many are getting heart problems at a young age these days. Those who are wearing these corals are getting healed.
You can keep wearing this ring once in a while. As you keep wearing it and taking it off, it massages your finger. (Toe). We just want people to benefit from this, this is all medicinal. There is no profit from this.
Today is a very special day. Today is the day Ganga emerged too. Today was the day we started doing propagation of Mother's messages.

Never ever forget your Appaji!
Om Sri Matre namah!
An old plate was melted and these toe rings were made. When you wear this, it is like you are eating from Swamiji's plate. In the past many silver padukas were offered to Swamiji. Over time, they got dented and bent. The children here were worried about what to do with them. So, those also were used to make these rings.
Today is a good day, so I am giving these out. Wear them once in a while, do not sell them. Keep them in the house some place safe. Those who have difficulties will have good times too. However you need to have patience. Those who have happiness forget God and will have to fall.
What is God doing now? He is making people rise and fall. Where is God looking? He is looking in all directions, like light. This devotee chased Swamiji so much to build Mataji Brindavanam. His seva is in this Brindavanam. I did not even forget his name, sometimes I pretend to forget names to teach you a lesson, because you have forgotten.
Swamiji is cautioning that the devotee should come to Swamiji before they fall. Devotees rise in life, forget Guru and then they come to Swamiji when they fall. You must have constant unwavering devotion like the flow of oil. Oil flows in one stream without dispersion, but water splatters everywhere. We should never let go of Guru. We should do whatever seva we can. We do seva in line with what we have. If we have no money, we can serve physically. We should not forget Swamiji.
Swamiji remembers everyone, he doesn't forget anybody. Today Swamiji remembered EVERYONE. I don't ask you for money, I just want to see you. It is nice if you just show up in Swamij's presence. No one is spared from difficulties, everyone has them.

Practice your Dharma!
Sri Balaswamiji; On this auspicious akshaya triteeya, our Datta Prabhu is giving us darshan to give us akshaya (imperishable) jnana. In this summer heat, ignoring the heat, Swamiji is giving us darshan like the full moon. Swamiji blesses that everyone's heart be cool and we get timely rains. In January and February, Swamiji did a long tour of 50 days. Why? Swamiji established 16 Datta Kshetras, 9 Navanatha kshetras, Ganagapur, Peethampuram and so many other Paduka Kshetras.Most of these have completed 2 pushkaras(24 years), some even completed 3. ATP (Anantapur) is now in the 4th.
To ensure that all kshetras function smoothly and there never be challenges in offering basic worship and naivedya, HH is securing each ashrama with an Fixed Deposit.
During that tour, this place was not fully ready. Now, his sabha is ready. Many other tasks are still to be done. Swamiji make the sankalpa that Hanuman be consecrated right across Datta. So, the Lord will be called Jnana Sagara Datta Anjaneya Swami. That is why Swamiji chose the Akshaya Triteeya day to do Pratishtha. Whatever is done on this day give unending merit. Pratishtha Yaga has been going on for 3 days. This morning, with Swamiji's blessings, we did Yantra Pratishtha. Akshaya Triteeya is said to be the beginning of Treta Yuga. So, it is very important for Dharma. It is said that Draupadi Mata was blessed by Sri Krishna on this day. It was on this day that Suryanarayana Swamy blessed Yudhishthira with the akshaya patra on this day.
DATTA PRABHU SPEAKS; A very important service in the Ashrama in Mysuru is Annadana. Also, to ensure that there is unending Annadana in ATP, Swamiji chose this day. For Raga Sagara to take place in ATP, the weather needs to cool down. Also, a lot of construction work is yet to be done. Priest quarters also need to be built. Alll the many projects need to get done quickly. Since Kumbhabhishekam is taking place today, you can all participate in Nitya Puja today. Swamiji will go to Jaya Lakshmi Puram today at 4pm. Many devotees want to have Darshan on this day. The day after tomorrow is JL Raga Sagara. Today, the Pratishtha of Jnana Sagara Datta Anjaneya is taking place. Normally, we offer gold to Bhagavan, but since the prices are so high, we offer Akshatas (turmeric rice) and some water. It's how we offer some money as proxy for Gau Dana.
It took so many days to come to this kshetra due to all the work going on here. We wanted a big Kalyana Mantapa here originally, but we didn't get donors, so we did what we could. Bala Swamiji said devotees must come forward to support this. You all should do this. We pray to Datta. The times are all filled with fear. There is fear of war everywhere. Recently, we saw the massacre in Pahalgam. In the heaven on earth called Kashmir, the tourists were killed in broad day light. This is horrific. The terrorists must not do this, I don't know why they had these evil thoughts. What was even worse was that they asked for the people's religion before they killed them.
A newlywed went there for a visit and faced this massacre. The blood in our body boils. May God teach them a lesson soon, may they get good buddhi. Our neighbors should have friendship not enmity towards us. Even despite all this, many in India praise Pakistan; why don't they just go there and live. Why live here and trouble the people here? That is not nice.
We are thinking of Dharma, sharing food with them and helping them, but we are the ones losing ground. Let us all be united! We should not bear hatred and divisions within ourselves. Our Dharma is what feeds others, its about making sacrifices for others' sake. It's such a revered Devata Dharma. Torturing such “saintly people” is not good. God will soon punish them. I pray to Jnana Sagara Datta that they get the appropriate punishment.
Everyone must observe Hindu Dharma together. Wear bottu, visit temples, follow traditions, do dharmic programs at home, do not forget our festivals. That will keep us all together. On those special days, we come together, wear new clothes, laugh together. Our life span also increases.
Whatever dharma we are born into, we should follow until death. It's okay to fast and die in our dharma rather than change our dharma. Whatever dharma our ancestors were born into, if we continue in that, that will promote our welfare. For universal welfare, we are consecrating Anjaneya and Datta. I beseech the Lord to bless you and your children and families. May God grant strength and good health and prosperity to everyone that supported this directly and indirectly. There is no need for public recognition. In reality, such recognition will only lead to sin. It's enough if Swamiji knows.
Let's all resolve to serve here. Since no one came forward to help out here, Swamiji put all the money that was offered at His feet for the work here. I felt very bad that people showed stone cold hearts and didn't want to offer any support. I collected all dakshina that came to Swamiji and diverted that here. At least now, you can support the work here.
We spend in various places, we spend in weddings, we buy saris and gold beyond our means. Why don’t you do that here instead? There is great satisfaction when someone receives money, but there is even great contentment when the recipient eats to his fill.
Out of anger towards some people, you did not come foward to support this place. we wish for the welfare of this place, of this state and this country. There are no millionaires. You know my life history completely. There are no secrets. My life is an open book. Datta devotees are all middle class or poor people. They cannot afford much. But with whatever they provided, we did so much. We should have used cement in this place, that would have kept the place a little cooler. Use your money on personal things if you choose and then one day you will pass on.. But you certainly won't take the money with you. How good would it be if you instead did noble deeds with your money! At least participate in the Nitya Seva in the Ashrama.
You are wasting a lot money elsewhere. You shop for things you do not need. When you only eat two curries at home, why cook a third? That'll be thrown away any way, isn't that a waste? Instead of spending on buying saris on sale even if you don't need them, why not save that money and do noble deeds?
In the US, in the temples, they set up a canteen with the sole idea to generate funds for the temple. There are no permanent workers there, it's all volunteers. Large number of people visit to eat the tamarind rice there. No amount of car parking is sufficient there. That Dallas Hanuman temple is like Tirupati. Chicago's Krishna Datta Temple is also a mini Tirupati. So too in the Bay Area, we spend 57 crore rupees and bought a church, just with the money they saved as simple people. Some people skipped a trip, some skipped a grand wedding and did a simple one at home. They were trained that way due to Swamij's speeches. They save on their personal expenses instead of purchasing things they don't need.
This is how we should support good deeds and temples. You will not take anything with you. Now, I am praising the BHEL devotees, (Bharat heavy electricals limited , Hyderbad) they came forward to support. How nice it would be if ATP devotees came forward. Why are we missing this opportunity? We should have a charitable nature. Why are you waiting to be asked. Does Swamiji wait to give you when you ask for blessings. Do I need to ask you to do the needful for the ashramas. Everywhere ashramas members have done so much for their own centers! Why did you fall behind?
You are afraid to come forward because you think the entire burden will fall on you. Why? God will help you! God's creation is such that even in darkness, you'll be able to see 3-5 feet around. God gave us this chance to uplift ourselves, but we are missing the opportunity. One day we'll die. When asked what you achieved in this life, all you can say is that you ate, had children, made money, got cancer and died.
You need faith in God. Who are you? Why are you here? No one leaves with you. You spend so much on court cases and hospitals, but you cannot give a little for good deeds. You speak on the phone while driving, you don't wear helmet while driving motorbikes. You bribe the police and get away when you are cited for violations. But when you meet with an accident, you spend so much money in a hospital.
Recently, a devotee met with an accident a few weeks ago and had to spend Rs. 40k at the hospital. The day before the accident, I had advised that he donate Rs. 10k to a temple, but he did not. Instead, he chose to spend Rs. 40k at a hospital after. You don't even help the strays. You kick the stray dog. You will have to take birth in the wombs of those strays again. Why do you need to eat meat? 4000 devotees have left Swamiji because I asked to stop eating chicken. Tomorrow when they are born as chicken, they will meet the same fate as the chicken they ate.
I don't need to be in this hot sun, but I am here for you. Even if 10 of you understand my Datta words and at least 5 follow, Dharma will win. If all of you follow, there'll only be prosperity for our country. You will not be subject to untimely accidents if you do charity for divine projects. Think of Swamiji as a family member. Be Sattvik. Be dharmic.
If there is war, everyone suffers. There won't be fuel for vehicles, no vegetables, no amenities. You want the country to declare war to get justice, but war is not good for anyone. There was war from 1942 the year I was born. I recall how people suffered from lack of food, and my grandfather went to distribute rice grains. We are all free and happy even though there's so much heat. But during war, everything will be hard. There'll be pollution, no transportation, we cannot be happy, no weddings, no relatives nothing. I pray that there be no war. Don't wait to be asked for help. Go find out where help is needed and help out.
Draupadi Mata fed countless people from that Akshaya Patra. The one grain of rice she gave to Krishna filled the tummy of Durvasa and all his disciples. If you give one morsel of food to God, he will make sure 7 generations get food. As long as the mountains, rivers, sun and moon exist, may the Lord fulfill the wishes of all devotees in this kshetra. Since Karya Siddhi Anjaneya is here, he will fulfill all wishes. Serve here wholeheartedly. The Lord will be with us and protect us. I beseech the Lord to protect everyone. We pray to all the deities here. This is a nakshatra kshetra. You are all my family members, so support this kshetra and protect Dharma.
