- أول حاجة لازمك إنت بيدك تكون عندك فكرة عل salary إلى يناسبك و يتماشى مع skills و experience متاعك :
قبل interview أسئل عباد من network متاعك إلى تخدم في نفس الخدمة و إلا تخدم في نفس المجال to gain insight و بالطبيعة أعمل حساب الإختلافات (additional skills and qualifications you have, the size of the company, the industry, and the locatio )
- أعطي salary range موش fixed number أكاكا ما تليميتيش روحك و في نفس الوقت توري إلي إنت متعاون و flexible
"From what I know about the position, I think somewhere in the area of $XX – $XX.”
- كي يسألوك السوال و جهلهم إنت السوال هاو شمعناها
" That's an excellent question , it would be helpful if you could tell me what the range is for this role".
و كان إقترحو حاجة أقل ملي تستنى فيها تنجم تقترح negotiation ولا if there is some flexibility in the budget for the role.
- تنجم تأجل الإجابة كان حسيت إنك بش تضيع الفرصة و ما مشاتش في صالحك حتى strategy وقتها قول إلي إنت the right job/work environment/experience itself أهم من salary بالنسبة ليك أما ديما ما تنساش إلي انت عندك قيمة و you can bring value to any company you work for خاتر فما إلي يستغلو و يخلصوش حق العباد.

سؤال يتسأل في أغلب interviews هو أحكيلي على نقاط القوة و الضغف متاعك و إلي يعتبر tricky.
مهم إنك تحضر response تحكي فيها عل strenghts متاعك منغير مبالغة و weaknesses منغير ما تأثر على job application .
Here are some tips that might help you :
علاش interviewers يسألو السؤال هاذا ؟
- الغاية انو يتعرفو عليك أكثر:
كانك إنسان honest ولا / كيفاش تحكي على نقاط ضعفك with self-awareness/ كيفاش نهار اخر بش تتقبل النقد و تتعامل مع المشاكل in a mature way
- Be honest, especially when talking about your strengths :
أحكي عل المواقف و experiences إلي عشتها و تعلمت منها skills بش وصلت للمرحلة إلي إنت فيها
example : " one of my greatest strengths is leadership, and participating in clubs and events such as hackathon has helped me a lot in this regard "
- كي تجي تحكي عل weaknesses متاعك حاول تكون as positive as possible و إلي انت قاعد تحاول تحسن من روحك و تتجاوزهم و تفادى إنك تحكي على weaknesses إلي عندهم علاقة بالخدمة
“Really showcase your growth trajectory, your learning curve, what you’ve done as a result of the awareness of that weakness,”

في نفس الوقت highlight job-related skills
- Keep it short
و ركز عل نقاط القوة إلي عندها علاقة بالخدمة و نقاط الضعف إلي قابلة للتحسن و الي مستعد تخدم عليها.
