It's called 'Dignity' and was done by artist Dale Lamphere to honor the women of the Sioux Nation.

Due to inclement weather being predicted for Oct 31 the HBC Trunk or Treat event is being moved to Wednesday evening from 6-8. Help us get the word out about this change to anyone you might know so that they will be aware of this change.

Just a reminder that the church needs lots and lots of candy in addition to those who are able to volunteer for various tasks for the Trunk or Treat on October 31st. If you can, please bring all sorts of candy and toss it into the pit at the main entrance of the church. You’ll be blessed.

Just a quick reminder that we are collecting gift cards during Sunday school tomorrow for the CPS workers to give to kids in need. Walmart, McDonalds, Dollar General etc. No amount is too small. Buy several!!

Just another reminder that we will be taking up a collection this Sunday during the SS hour to buy breakfast one morning for the 35 Connect Camp staffers the 1st week of July. Hope everyone sees this reminder and comes prepared to give. God bless you all.

Our SS class has been asked to provide breakfast one morning for the staffers of the Connect Camp during the first week of July. We actually cooked breakfast for them one year but last year we took up a collection and gave it to the office to buy breakfast for the 35 staffers. We will do that again this year. Please come prepared to give an offering this Sunday for the 35 staffers the first week of July.

Change of plans for tomorrow night. Place in Nettleton closed due to death in the family. Change of Venue to Butlers on Glenfield Road in New Albany. Bus leaving at the same time from the church-4:00p.m.- Used to be called Taylor’s Fish and Steak House. Eating at 4:30 p.m. sorry for the change.

We are continuing our study of Genesis this coming week at 9:30 a.m. We are still following the life of Jacob/Israel. Hope to see you there. Class supper in Nettleton this Saturday night at 4:30 p.m. Bus leaving the church at 4:00 p.m. if you want to ride the bus. It will be in the back of the church to pick you up.
