I don't usually struggle to write lyrics. Today I have a total BRAIN FART! Listening to other artists for inspiration - nothing! Listened to the last Dark Fiber album Disco Tools, and was even more deflated! I am not sure I can top my lyric writing on this album!

So this happened a few weeks ago! RCA Records flew in a team that included one of the best vocal producers in the world to record a bunch of tracks with Lisa from Black/Pink.
A long, but beautiful day! They were all so nice, including Lisa!

As we start the process of slowley winding down for our move to Nashville, I can't but help reminisce about some of the amazing recording experiences I have had in my Legend Music studio in Phuket. By far my favorite and most prolific studio guest was Pjae Stanley. I can remember doing two albums and then a mega box set of 93 or 96 songs, where she booked the studio out for 6 straight months.
This was the 1st album I did with her called The Nightingale.

So glad that this stuff is starting to see the light of day. I've done 5 amazing albums with Tom. From the end of this month he will release an album a month on all streaming platforms.

Just finished the 5th album with Driven. Tom is a really good songwriter and a great musician. And it's always a pleasure working on projects with the Phuket Wrecking Crew - Rob Cooke on Guitar and Bass, Mike Trinidad on Drums, Noel Trinidad on Keys and Rannze Davies on Backing Vocals and some Drums.
Why War? will hopefully be released in a few weeks for everyone to hear - along with the previous 4 albums!

Completed an awesome collaborative project with Japanese producer Tetsuo today. We also got to work with the amazing vocal talents of Rannzé, Morgan, Dasha and Macaully Ryan. Not sure when it will be out in Japan, before the end of the year I hope.

While in Nashville Blaze and I got to meet Gene Lawson, who has been making fantastic mics from scratch for 40 years. I've been using Lawson L47MP Mk2 and L251 mics for 13 years now. Every time I stick anything else up, I just end up taking it down and going back to one of my Lawson Microphones. It just sounds great on EVERYTHING, and what's even better, no EQ is needed.
