“push yourself to get up before the rest of the world - start with 7am, then 6am, then 5:30am. go to the nearest hill with a big coat and a scarf and watch the sun rise.

push yourself to fall asleep earlier - start with 11pm, then 10pm, then 9pm. wake up in the morning feeling re-energized and comfortable. lie in your garden, feel the sunshine on your skin.

get into the habit of cooking yourself a beautiful breakfast. fry tomatoes and mushrooms in real butter and garlic, slice up a fresh avocado and sq**rt way too much lemon on it. sit and eat it and do nothing else.

stretch. start by reaching for the sky as hard as you can, then trying to touch your toes. roll your head. stretch your fingers. stretch everything.

buy a 1L water bottle. start with pushing yourself to drink the whole thing in a day, then try drinking it twice.

buy a beautiful diary and a beautiful black pen. write down everything you do, including dinner dates, appointments, assignments, coffees, what you need to do that day. no detail is too small.

strip your bed of your sheets and empty your underwear draw into the washing machine. wash, then hang them in the sunshine with care. make your bed in full.

dig your fingers into the earth, plant a seed. see your success as it grows everyday.

organise your room. fold all your clothes (and bag what you don’t want), clean your mirror, your laptop, vacuum the floor. light a beautiful candle.

breathe. practice your deep breathing. ground yourself.

have a luxurious shower with your favourite music playing. wash your hair, scrub your body, brush your teeth. lather your whole body in moisturiser, get familiar with the part between your toes, your inner thighs, the back of your neck.

push yourself to go for a walk. take your headphones, go to the beach and walk. smile at strangers walking the other way and be surprised how many smile back. bring your dog and observe the dog’s behaviour. realise you can learn from your dog.

message old friends with personal jokes. reminisce. suggest a catch up soon, even if you don’t follow through. push yourself to follow through.

think long and hard about what interests you. find a book about it and read it. there is a book about literally everything.

become the person you would ideally fall in love with. let cars merge into your lane when driving. pay double for parking tickets and leave a second one in the machine. stick your tongue out at babies. help an animal. compliment people on their cute clothes. challenge yourself to not ridicule anyone for a whole day. then two. then a week. walk with a straight posture. look people in the eye. ask people about their story. talk to acquaintances so they become friends.

lie in the sunshine. daydream about the life you would lead if failure wasn’t a thing. open your eyes.

take small steps to make it happen for you...”

Today's throwback is another one from Cambodia at a bar and hotel called Doors and I think this was close to 10 years ago?

This was part of a little Asian tour I did back then on the move with the Sideshow Kuts boys, this night we had live graffiti by Matt diamond who does fantastic artwork and beats by myself, Soulboy and the resident DJs.

It was a great night very memorable and the 1st time I went away to dj and travel with the crew, awsome event filled with hip hop, breaks and art.

The day after we went to the killing fields and something I'll never forget...

Today's throwback is from 8 years ago back in Phuket Thailand when I worked as resident DJ/events and marketing manager for the wonderful Cudos restaraunt and bar.

This was a great time for me as a DJ plus I had great fun working there!

It had a fantastic outside amphitheatre space and I would perform with audio visuals projected onto the walls....

Great times and even better memories!

Today's throwback is from 2016 at heart bar in Macau another one of my weekly residencys I had when I was living and working there.

Sideshow Kuts took over this wicked rooftop venue overlooking the city each week with guest djs and local talent!

This picture was from the 1st event we did there with my friend and guest DJ from London morphelius, great dj and top top guy...

Mcs,. Djs and artists all in one picture this was another great night and Halloween event we put together with guest DJ DSK a wicked turtablist, producer and artists from London.

I'm not sure what year this was? But I think maybe five years ago back in 2015?

Todays throwback is from 3 years ago back on Koh lipe at Art Beach Club with Thai Superstar Dj Jeffy in the middle, Birdy Hero on the left and myself to the right.

This was another great night and lots of fun I enjoyed working with these two and was a pleasure warming up the night for them..

The ladies went wild for Jeffy and it was very memorable!

Todays throwback is from my life in Macau, China and this is around 5 to 6 years ago with two of my good friends In the middle the one and only dj kangol on the far right head honcho of side show kuts and myself on the left...

Back when I lived and worked in Macau us 3 amigos put on lots of events around Macau and collaborated on lots of projects and events, this particular night was a private event at the
V. I. P suite at the hard Rock Hotel.

This was such a great night and even better memories!

Today's throwback is from back in 2014 over in Macau China.

This was a great time as my 1st daughter had recently been born and I got a great resident dj / events manager job at a very cool rooftop bar and lounge called Golden Bar aka Kam Pek...

Together with the head honcho from Side Show kuts, Soulboy we set up numerous nights from Thursday to Saturday with special events and a monthly latino event called mixed flavors, guest djs from around the globe and lots of local talent!

In this picture I was spinning with one of my favorite DJs and an original OG of Macau N1D, super talented and plays some wicked sounds.

Most nights we dropped break beats, hip hop, drum and base and lots lots more, back then we stirred up a storm on the local scene and made our mark in the city, I also got to play at most of the 5 star resorts, other clubs and many private, corporate events in Macau plus Hong Kong....

Another throwback from over a decade ago and this time over in Cambodia at the former pontoon nightclub it was one of the best nightclubs in
Phnom Penh!

Wicked little boat / nightclub that use to be on the river, but unfortunately is no more and has moved loction into the city... I've traveled and djed at quite a few spots over in Cambodia and absolutely love this country I have such good memories of this trip with my wife.

This was another fanstsic night and even better memories...

I have performed here quite a few times over the years and this time it was a weekend event of fashion, food and music.

I performed this night and the next day I did a wicked little Sunday afternoon session with my friend Dean Michael's from Miami plus live graffiti from my friend Matt diamond, it was a great weekend away and good memories from that trip with some super cool people and you know who you are...

Today's throwback is from back in 2011 almost 10 years ago.

I love this picture as its from the early days of Sideshow Kuts with head honcho TJ aka Soulboy.

This was his second show with me and after this we formed a friendship that we have to this day and have worked together on hundreds of events since then worldwide.

This was at Brush restaraunt and lounge in Kalim Phuket, back then I was working as resident dj / entertainment manager for this super cool and chic designed spot by the beach..

I helped to organise and set up lots of events during my time there and it was a cool little hub back then with a unique food and drinks menu and many super groovy nights with DJs, fashion shows and live acts...

This was a fantastic tour and I got to travel and spin at some great places, I love Portugal and I'm sure I will perform again in this wonderful country!
