You may have heard about The Farm Restaurant on Grace Bay that opens in 2023, but this is the engine that will make it run.
The Freight Farm is a 40ft container with the capacity to grow the equivalent of 2-4 acres annually. All of the leafy greens and herbs for the restaurant will be grown here and will be infused into The Farm’s delicious food and drink creations.
