GREAT APPEAL TO YOUR MAJESTY

Your Majesty, I am cognisant of the fact that Ngwenyama this request will find you well.
First and foremost, it has become extremely imperative, mostly at this juncture, to praise you for keeping Eswatini away from threats of war by uniting the army.
Your Majesty, some years ago, you publicly appealed for loyalty among members of the Umbutfo Eswatini Defence Force (UEDF). Silo Sikhulu, you never shied away from openly appealing to them not to revolt against the State.
That was a great statement Hlangalezwe. Ngwenyama, as the Commander in Chief for the armed forces, I sincerely request you to introduce retainer-incentives and market-based salaries for the army, police and correctional officers.
Let me talk briefly about the army Your Majesty. When soldiers are disunited or politicised as a consequence of poor wages and working conditions, their grumbling may lead to a revolt against the State.
They have declared military coups all around the world, something you have always prevented from occurring in the country Your Majesty by keeping the army happy, satisfied and smiling.
Keep up the good work Your Majesty.
However, the country can do better by detaching the salaries of the army, police and correctional officers from those of the civil servants (civilians) so that they could be adjusted whenever the need arises.
The security officers play a huge role in the economic affairs of the country. Foreign Direct Investment is impossible if the security system of a country is weak.
Your Majesty, investors look for safety first. They do not want to relocate to a war zone to invest their money in businesses that are not safe from destruction and trade compromise.
They cannot come to a country where their houses would be broken into at the will of the thugs.
As much as it is important to create a good political climate of the country through dialogue and consensus, it is necessary that we as a country do not discard our resp
