Tasks and responsibilities:
- Communicating with customer to understand their language preferences.
- Gathering feedback from customers .
- Translating documents and customer emails.
- Entering data in Arabic and English.
- Resolving customer queries and complaints.
- Processing customer orders, requests and refunds.
- Conducting customer surveys to ascertain their requirements.
- Providing customer with necessary information on various products and services.
Requirements :
- Postgraduate education.
- Proven experience as a customer service representative, or any related field.
- Experience using English language in a professional capacity is a must.
