DRUG ABUSE WILL BE ONE OF THE FACTORS PORTRAYED IN OUR UPCOMING SERIES TEENAGE FEVER.
*Teenage Drug Abuse* results from the deliberate or experimental use of illegal, prescription, or over-the-counter drugs with intention of getting high or feeling inebriated.
Teens end up trying different drugs out of *curiosity, peer pressure, mental health problem, social isolation, permissive parenting* and the absence of strict measures and support programs designed to help teens stay clean of drug abuse. *As a result, they end up becoming addicted later on in life.*
The following are risk factors for teen drug abuse.

How you as parents or guardian addresses teenage drug abuse spells the difference between raising a teen who is healthy, happy and successful and one who is debilitated by addiction in life.
