NOMINATION RULES & REGULATIONS
1: The paternal background of the nominee must be from lakes state .
2: No appearance in more than 3 categories.
3: Nominee must have recorded a hit song or have achievements in other fields.
4: Every category must have 9 Nominees to represent the eight(8) Counties of lakes state.
NB: The other 1 number is due to Apaak community of Yirol west county; They have been selected to be different based on their background,Language and being independent among others.
5: The nominee must be sound-minded and have good behaviors.
6:Nominee must have good conduct and background; This includes, Not involved in crimes like, Stealing,Killing,Conflicts,fights and chaos.E.T.C.
7: Collaborated song is not nominated or awarded as single.
8: Nominees that are nominated as group must be in their uniforms. For example Crews,Dancers, Ball teams E.T.C
9:Allusive,Abusive and defamation songs or words either verbal or in written on social media platforms or in the society leads to disqualification during nomination and after nomination although you think that you will be awarded or not awarded.
10: Nominee must have valid ID card from Greater Lakes Artists Union and South Sudan Artists Union as prompt; This ID card must be shown when required during the awards.
