BREAKING NEWS;...TRAGIC BOAT ACCIDENT.
BOAT COLLISION IN YIROL YIROL EAST COUNTY CLAIMS TWO LIVES, FOUR INJURED.
Dear public, I regret to inform you of a tragic boat accident that occurred last night.
Two commercial boats collided, resulting in the loss of lives and injuries. The collision took place between a heavily loaded boat carrying dry fish from Pagok Chuor of Yirol East County, Malek Payam, en route to Bor, and another boat from Bor heading towards Tony-Ador. The empty boat overran the loaded one, causing immediate fatalities and injuries. Sadly, two men died on the spot.
According to witnesses Kuol Dit and Achol Ayup, close relatives of the deceased currently in Bor, the victims have been identified as Malat Jok Mabor and Maket Kueleng Chabuoch of Chuor Pagoor from Yirol East County, Malek Payam.
Four individuals sustained injuries and have been taken to Bor Hospital for treatment. The injured are:
1. Maker Yier Mading/Maker Majier Mut,
2. Mangar Maker Mabor Dier,
3. Ngor Chok from Koc-lou (Nam),
4. An unnamed individual from Aliab, whose identity is yet to be confirmed.
The bodies of the deceased were transported to Bor this morning and have been taken to the mortuary, while the injured are receiving medical care.
This is an unfortunate incident, and i extend my deepest condolences to the families of the victims.
