A LIST OF YOUNG PEOPLE CARRYING FAKE PAPERS

This evening we have decided to list them up as this will help the government and non governmental organizations to identify fraudulent individuals wearing masks of proffesionalism without having the papers.

Number one on the list is a good looking young man who we shall be naming on the very first list since they are many. However much we hv been advised not to release this list unfortunately we hv to release the list to save souls. The truth is it’s very bad to ofcos forge papers and claim kingship of jobs that u don’t deserve! With all this evidence we have gathered, we are now listing the following as examples of fake documents holders in this country.

In the list, we have people from different states and villages in this country. We can’t continue to tolerate this kind of behavior in our country. The fact is we have decided to release this List because it’s too much and beyond imaginations. Some of these youth like one who’s working with UN is also going to be in the list we don’t care the consequences he will face because he knows what he did is bad. We know ur blood pressure is high knowing that we are going to expose ur name plz go back to school and study get right papers and come and slay on streets Yaaaaa Mwaras 😂😂😂😂😂

Gen. Gathoth Gatkuoth Meets Dr. Riek Machar to Address South Sudan’s Key Challenges

Juba, South Sudan — January 13, 2025

The Chairman of the Federal Democratic Party, General Gathoth Gatkuoth Hothnyang, paid a significant visit to His Excellency Dr. Riek Machar Teny, the First Vice President of the Republic of South Sudan. Accompanied by members of his party, Gen. Gathoth and Dr. Machar engaged in high-level discussions covering a range of critical national issues, including the extension of the general election by two years, economic hardships, and delays in wages for soldiers, officials, and civil servants.

The two leaders also addressed security concerns such as child abduction, cattle raiding, and violations of women’s rights, alongside environmental and health crises caused by oil spills in major fields like Tharjiath and Palogue, widespread flooding, and outbreaks of cholera and other waterborne diseases.

Additionally, they reviewed ongoing peace programs, including the Tumaini Initiative, and reiterated their commitment to engaging holdout groups to foster national reconciliation. Gen. Gathoth and Dr. Machar called on South Sudanese at home, in refugee camps, and the diaspora to return and contribute to peacebuilding, with a particular invitation extended to Gen. Simon Gatwech Dual and others in Nairobi as negotiations are set to resume.

The meeting ended with a shared vision to create a unified and peaceful South Sudan, prioritizing the well-being of its citizens and the nation’s stability.

Pa’gan Amum named chairperson of United People’s Alliance

Real-SPLM leader Gen. Pa’gan Amum Okiech has been appointed Chairperson and Commander-in-Chief of the United People’s Alliance (UPA) United Forces. The coalition was formed last Friday during the Tumaini Initiative peace talks in Nairobi, mediated by the Kenyan government.

The South Sudan Opposition Movements Alliance (SSOMA) and other opposition groups united under the UPA to consolidate their forces under a single command structure.

In a press release titled “Interim National Leadership Committee (INLC)” and signed by Gen. Pa’gan Amum, the leadership structure of the UPA was announced.

The key appointments include:
- Gen. Pa’gan Amum Okiech as Chairperson
- Gen. Paul Malong Awan as First Deputy Chairperson
- Gen. Mario Loku Thomas as Second Deputy Chairperson
- Gen. Stephen Buay Rolnyang as Chief of General Staff
- Hon. Lual Dau Marach as Secretary-General

The UPA leadership emphasized their commitment to advancing peace and unity in South Sudan under this new alliance.

FOOTBALL PEACE TOURNAMENT CONDUCTED IN ULANG TOWN.

The peace tournament with hope and spirit of love between communities of greater Ulang county was witnessed by H.E. Deng Joh Angok, the deputy governor of Upper Nile State and Rt.Hon.Jacob Dollar Ruot, Speaker of Upper Nile State Transitional Legislative Assembly-Malakal and Hon. Pal Ruach Doap, deputy speaker, together with seniors government officials in the state, attended the event during the football tournament in Ulang County headquarters.

The aim of this football competition is to unite the people of Ulang County, especially youths, amongst themselves. The most significant of this football competition is to pave the way towards peace and development. The entire communities of Ulang County will involve ceremony, symbols, and rite to restore harmony and end hostility between disputants. It involves simple acts of kindness, such as helping someone in need and forgetting differences, so that they continue for their traditional reconsiliation.

Rt.Hon.Jacob Dollar Ruot urged all players to embrace peace, and change may come to a whole community that will bring youth together to fight for their future as young people. The team headed by the deputy governor returned back to malakal on Saturday morning after they spent nearly two weeks along the sobat corridor for peace dissemination.
