I strongly condemn the messcacare that occurred yesterday to the people of Bor community in nyolo cattle camp.
On behalf of the leadership of Yirol west Association in Juba and myself, I condemn the recent killing of cattle keepers from Bor in Eastern Equatoria by Eastern Equatoria Youth in Aru junction.
The leadership of Yirol west Association in juba is calling on the Governor of Eastern Equatoria state to bring those responsible for the violence to justice.
We urge the authorities to take immediate action to ensure the safety and security of all citizens in the region.
It is crucial that those who engage in such violent acts are held accountable for their actions. My condolences to the affected families who lost their l
oved ones in the barbaric attack by Eastern Equatoria youth in Aru junction. We stand in solidarity with you during this difficult time and offer our support.

Jonglei State youth are protesting the killing of innocent Dinka Bor cattle herders and raiding of 25,000 cattle at Aru Junction, calling for justice.

The youth are demonstrating in solidarity for the lives lost on January 31, 2025, at Nyolo-Aru junction.

This protest is a show of unity while demanding accountability. The youth are urging the national government to investigate and hold Governor of eastern Equatoria ,Louis Lobong accountable for the crime.

The passing on of our beloved wife Mane Abuol Ruben, Adol Makuach Maketh, who departed from us on Sunday, 26th January 2025, at 11:30 PM at Bor hospital. Her passing resulted from complications during childbirth, where both the mother and child tragically passed on. Adol is a mother to five children (two boys and three girls).

Thank you for standing with us during this time of loss.

May her soul rest in eternal peace.

Reports are underway regarding a recent incident that occurred at dawn in Nyolo, Magwi County, in Eastern Equatoria State, involving three cattle camps associated with the Dinka Bor community. According to eyewitnesses who were interviewed by Terab TV, the suspected attackers are believed to be members of the Joint Operations Militia from the Eastern Equatoria State. Terab TV has confirmed that 33 people, identified as herders, were tragically killed in this incident, including women and children, and an undisclosed number of people sustained injuries as stated by one eyewitness.

Furthermore, additional information from another witness stated that the confirmed figure of 33 casualties may not reflect the true extent of the tragedy, as further casualties are expected to be reported, particularly in connection with the ongoing pursuit of cattle stolen by the suspected assailants.

"There have been sequential reports of such incidents, yet there appears to be a lack of serious measures or accountability in response, Malual Achiek remarked". However, as reported by Terab TV, "people are in urgent need of humanitarian assistance, including food, water, and shelter, according to Mading Ngor".

The Pathuyith High-Level Organizing Committee in Juba regrets to inform the public that the horns piercing event (Piou Tung) of Magak Achiek Kur Kwer Reception, originally scheduled for February 1, 2025, @ APT centre has been canceled until further notice.

This decision follows an unfortunate incident at Aru Junction, where a cattle raid was carried out by unidentified individuals. In light of these circumstances, we find it necessary to postpone the event to ensure the safety and well-being of all participants.
