The AfNet Flexible Grant is a funding opportunity designed to support initiatives led by women leaders and organizations dedicated to creating positive change in their communities. The grant provides up to $5,000 and is opened to:
Nonprofit Organizations
Grassroots Organizations
Community-Based Organizations
Individual Leaders
Social Enterprises
Applications are ongoing, and the application should be made in English.
2. Funding Opportunity: Women’s Leadership & Political Participation Fund 2025
UN Women, through the EU-funded WYDE (Women and Youth in Democracy) Initiative, is inviting applications from Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) and Women’s Rights Organizations, including youth-led groups, to advance women’s leadership, political participation, and inclusive governance.
Open to registered NGOs, women’s rights organizations, and youth-led CSOs working on:
Gender equality and women’s empowerment
Policy engagement and advocacy
Democratic governance
Successful applicants will receive grants ranging from USD 45,000 to 150,000
